All guests renting private villas or apartments at Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club upon arrival.

Daily rates per person:

$30/adult (13 years and older)

$15/child (ages 4 to 12)

Free — children under 4 years old

Note: These updated rates apply starting February 1, 2026 (for stays under 30 consecutive days). The fee grants access to the resort and its facilities, and is typically paid at the Villa Owners Club at the main entrance.
