The property was great as always. We love Pointe West. The condo had hair on the shower wall and a used bar of soap in the master shower. Other than that it was good!

Thanks for your feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. While the peaceful, remote location is a highlight for many guests, we understand that the option to drive to the beach and pools may not be ideal for everyone. It is walkable to access the beach and beach club pool. We’ll continue to do our best to provide clear information so guests can choose the perfect fit for their stay. Thank you again for staying with us! Pointe West Vacation

July 4th getaway

We had a fabulous stay at the condo by the sea. It is on the far west end of Pointe West and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. All the little details were accounted for.

Babymoon Weekend

Enjoyed our stay for a girls trip/babymoon. Condo was clean & cute. Oceanfront and short walk or drive to the beach club was a huge bonus. Will be back!

Relaxing Place

It was a nice and relaxing. Pool was amazing. Only complaint is there were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. And the washing machine had mold in it and smelled bad.

Thank you Susan for your review of Serene. We are glad you found our rental relaxing and had fun in the sun at the pool. We hope you had time to enjoy the pristine beach in our area and amazing views from our private balcony of the gulf. Unfortunately, at times, unwanted "visitors" do appear since we are a coastal area. We do have the units treated monthly and we have retreated since your departure as well addressed the odor with the washing machine. We do hope you will come visit us again and look forward to welcoming new guests to Serene. Your friends at Pointe West Vacation

It was a great place to stay. Love the uncrowded beach. I would suggest that you get Zevo Plug Ins. there were knats in the condo and we never could get rid of them. I would recommend this property to friends.

Nice condo & beautiful resort- does need some attention to detail

The condo location was perfect for our stay. The pool was lovely and heated. Perfect for families or couples- had a nice lazy river! Beautiful views from condo! The condo has amenities- kitchen appliances available, 3 beach towels, air mattress, plenty of blankets and pillows. We could tell that the condo had been surfaced cleaned, but it needs a deep clean. The washer had mold inside, the kitchen cabinets had grease on the outside with dead bugs attached (somewhat normal due to the location of condo right on beach), outdoor cushions need replaced (but has nice tall chairs). Again- the condo was mostly clean, just needs a deep clean to really pay attention to detail. For the price- it would be nice. Overall we had an excellent stay and the host was very responsive to my concerns. We would book again.
