Very nice place to stay. It was small and quaint- perfect for our stay. We didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a pantry to put food, but we made it work. Great stay.

We have stayed at Windancer for years and have always had a great experience. We have came down twice a year for the last 6 years. This time was a little disappointing as our units furniture was dirty, but we are there for the beach not the furniture. The response from the management company showed a lack of good customer service.

Thank you for being a loyal Windancer guest over the past six years. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us year after year and value your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the furniture. During your stay, our team made every effort to provide options and assist with your concerns, including personally dropping off additional blankets to help make your stay more comfortable. We take guest feedback seriously and continually work to improve both our properties and the guest experience. We appreciate your continued patronage and hope to welcome you back to Windancer for another enjoyable beach vacation.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit! The check in process was very easy and the host was very good about staying in contact with us to see if there was anything we needed. You couldn't ask for a better view of the gorgeous ocean! The clean pool was also nice for our young granddaughter. The unit had plenty of space for our family of 7, with comfortable beds and bedding. There isn't one thing we could complain about. The location is also perfect! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who would like to stay directly on Miramar Beach.

Great location. Beautiful views of the gulf. Walking distance to stores/eating places. Nice, small condo complex—roughly 48 units total. Secluded, beach wasn’t crowded. Loved the beach service available. King sized bed downstairs was one of the comfiest beds in a vacation property I’ve ever stayed at. Lots of room for my family of 3. Could have easily had at least 6 people stay in the condo and not felt cramped. Owner/property manager was great about communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

We loved the accommodations. The place was clean and well appointed for everything a family of five could need. Lots of great restaurants close by. Everything was easy to walk too or within a short drive. Would love to return during warmer months to fully take advantage of all the amenities.

Amazing

This property is amazing. It was immaculately cleaned and there were plenty of supplies for our family of 5. The property managers were so communicative and helpful the entire time. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful view, you get what you see, private beach no need to deal with hassle of public beach. Seats were reserved for us after the first morning, seating starts reserving at 8am. Plenty of parking and only 20-25 minutes away from Harborwalk Village.

Review

The condo was great for my family. The only issue, which was not the condo, but the road in and out of the condo was flooded for 2 days and couldn’t leave.

I love Windancer condos, and this unit did not disappoint! This top floor with a loft was just beautiful and the views are to die for. Also, I have nothing but amazing words for the management on this. They are truly a red carpet service company. We can't wait to book more stays. Thanks Again!!

Love the condo!

Absolutely love how the condo is only 4 stories, and the beach is not over crowded. It’s also a family oriented atmosphere. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for check-in is because we had to call to get a new gate code. The one provided didn’t work. We highly recommend this unit. It was updated and clean.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was pretty good. It’s definitely a great location, quiet area. There were a few things about the condo that we feel should be improved. We feel coffee filters should be available, a kitchen sponge to wash dishes and oven mitts to get hot items out of the oven with. We flew in and I asked if beach towels were included and the person that responded said yes. When we arrived there weren’t any beach towels. The management people accommodated us and brought us some later the next morning. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom is very moldy and needs to get changed out. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was nothing short of amazing! It was a brief getaway for our family and we're so glad we chose this property. The condo was well maintained and impeccably clean. The views were unreal to wake up to and enjoy throughout the day. On top of the condo being breathtaking, the management company was the nicest I've ever dealt with. They communicated before our stay and numerous times throughout our stay to make sure we were having a great time. We had a few questions arise and they were ready with responses and help within seconds. We had a birthday party bon fire on the beach, and they set it all up! I barely had to lift a finger! It was wonderful. We are already looking at our calendar for another stay here soon!

We stay at the Windancer each year. We love the property and can’t stay anywhere else. It’s simple, but we love the low density, private beach and ease of access this property offers. This particular unit was extremely clean. Cleaner than most beach houses I’ve rented. The check in was easy and the host was super easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that this place is listed for up to 8 people but there were only 6 bath towels. We had to go buy more. Otherwise, 10/10!

Beautiful Top Floor Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation was a blast and we couldn’t say enough amazing things about this condo and the area! It was fresh, clean, and had everything we needed other than our suitcases. The management company was on the ball, checking in on multiple times to make sure we had everything we need. Love windancer and Unit 404! The top floor views were indescribable. Coming back again for sure. A++
