Awesome spot
We had a fantastic stay at this property. The unit had everything we needed and was so clean and fresh. Also, the most comfortable pull-out couch I've ever slept on, such a pleasant surprise. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, updated, great location
Cari was super responsive and addressed questions/issues right away. Location is great in Studio City. We had a great stay, it’s like having your own little apartment in a gated area. It was quiet, clean, updated and grounds are nicely kept. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and host
This space was perfect for our stay. Clean, as described, great linens AND very tastefully decorated. It doesn’t just photograph well like so many properties. It is as first class as it looks.

It was perfect.
I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in the US, Canada and Europe and this is one of the best - well decorated, attractive, clean and well organized with amenities of a real home. The "icing on the cake" is that the owner provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the LA area.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located
Our stay was wonderful and perfect for what we needed. We spent a couple days at Universal Studios and this property was a comfortable place to stay away from the park within easy driving distance. We were immediately pleased with how clean and nicely things were set up. Communication was also top notch! 10/10!

Stay Here!
My family and I had a great weekend while staying here at this home. We were celebrating my daughter's high school graduation and my son's birthday with some trips to the local amusement parks. The home is very clean and is full of many useful items to make your stay more comfortable. The owner was very helpful and her communication is wonderful. There are many great things to do in the area and also some very delicious restaurants to eat at as well.

My wife and I have stayed at this property several times: before our daughter’s wedding, just ahead of our grandson’s birth, and most recently for a full month while we cared for him as our daughter returned to work. The home is exactly as advertised—clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and very safe (gated and well lit). The young couple who live up front are wonderful: friendly, responsive, and consistently helpful. Their two pups are rarely out, but when they are, they’re sweet and well behaved. The location is terrific. Toluca Lake’s grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Tujunga Village is just a few minutes away, and in all our stays we’ve never waited more than five minutes for an Uber. Deliveries have always been seamless. While caring for our five-month-old grandson, we took several stroller walks each day around the block. At the end of the street, a Porsche garage keeps its bay doors open, the mechanic quick with a wave. Across from it sits a charming independent bookstore—so cinematic that a film crew shot there during our stay. Around the corner, 3 or 4 elders gather outside a small cigar shop, giving the area a friendly, watched-over feel. We’ve enjoyed many nearby meals, but Twin Castle—a beloved local donut and burger shop—may be our sentimental favorite. Cecilia couldn’t be sweeter. As you can tell, this isn’t just a review. Over the past couple of years, this home has become part of our family’s story.

Tricia,
Your review truly touched our hearts. Thank you for taking the time to share not only your experience at the house, but also the special moments that brought you here over the years.
Knowing that our home was part of such meaningful milestones, from your daughter's wedding, to welcoming your grandson into the world, to helping care for him as your daughter returned to work is the greatest compliment we could ever receive. As hosts, we hope to provide more than just a place to stay, and your words remind us why we love doing this.
We smiled reading about your walks through the neighborhood, visits to Twin Castle, the friendly faces around the block, and the little details that make Toluca Lake feel like home. Those everyday moments are exactly what we cherish about this community, and we're delighted that you were able to experience them as locals rather than visitors.
Thank you as well for your kind words about the property and our family. It has been a pleasure welcoming you back time and time again. Guests like you are the reason this work is so rewarding.
Also, The fact that our home has become a small part of your family's story is something we will never take for granted. We feel honored to have played even a tiny role during such important chapters of your lives.
We look forward to welcoming you back whenever family, celebrations, or life's next adventures bring you to Toluca Lake.
With gratitude,
Cari & Family

We were there for a week. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Host was helpful and responsive. This is in a great location for things near Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Universal Studios, Griffith Park, etc. The commute to Santa Monica and SoFi Stadium were pretty rough thanks to LA traffic. Our family enjoyed it very much.
