We had an excellent stay! The house was very clean, and every room was well-maintained and comfortable. The host, Cari, was fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.We especially appreciated the laundry facilities, which were convenient and easy to use. The location was also great, with shops nearby that made everything easily accessible. On our last day, Cari went above and beyond by accommodating us with a 2-hour extension so I could attend an important meeting from the house—this was extremely helpful and much appreciated.Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend staying here!

Thank you for this lovely review! It makes me smile knowing you felt right at home. Comfy rooms, nearby shops, and a little laundry catch-up can make a week away so much easier! I’m especially glad we could arrange those extra two hours so you could finish your meeting without rushing out the door. You were a joy to host, and I’d love to have you back for another LA adventure. Hopefully with more vacation and fewer meetings next time, lol! ☀️🌴

Clean, nicely furnished, always felt safe. Very convienent location for things on the north end of LA (Warner Bros, Griffith, Hollywood, etc)Very hard to find initially. Its behind another house so would be very helpful to know that address as its the easiest to see from the street.

Warren, Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the clean space, comfortable furnishings, and the peaceful setting of our Toluca Lake / North Hollywood guest suite. Many guests love the location because it’s so close to Warner Bros Studios, Griffith Park, Universal Studios, and Hollywood while still feeling safe and quiet. Because the suite sits behind the main house, it offers guests extra privacy and a more tucked-away retreat in the heart of the city. We appreciate your feedback about the arrival directions and will continue improving our instructions to make the first arrival even easier. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back the next time you’re visiting Los Angeles!

Really nice, well-maintained, clean property with comfortable furniture and updated amenities. The host was friendly and quickly responded to all my messages, before and during our visit. We have family in the neighborhood and will definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I have is around the check-in instructions, which were very detailed, but we arrived at night and initially had difficulty finding the address/correct gate. It would be helpful to add details to the check-in instructions describing which gate to look for.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that you found the property clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and that our team was responsive throughout your stay. It means a lot that you chose to stay with us while visiting family in the neighborhood, and we're especially grateful to hear that you plan to return. We also appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the check-in instructions. While we strive to provide detailed arrival information, we understand that arriving after dark can make locating the correct gate more challenging. Your suggestion is an excellent one, and we'll be updating our instructions to make the gate easier to identify for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit!

We had a great stay. Cori was a great host. We appreciated all of the amenities, especially the washer and dryer! The place was perfect for our ur group of four. We were close to Universal Studios which worked out great for our trip. Only con was that it was hard to find when we originally arrived as it was dark out. The building is behind another and not clearly visible from the street.

We’re so happy the home was a perfect fit for your group and that the amenities (especially the washer and dryer!) made things extra convenient during your Universal trip. I really appreciate your feedback about the arrival experience. We understand that the building can be a little tricky to spot at night since it sits behind the front property and there’s no street lights! Absolutely fabulous!

We were fortunate enough to spend five nights at this incredible North Hollywood / Toluca Lake property — and could not have been more pleased with the experience! Our family of five felt instantly at home in this beautifully decorated and appointed two bed, two full bath condo tucked back off a quiet, residential street in LA (with convenient and ample parking available the entire stay). Cari, the property manager, was welcoming, friendly, and prompt in all of our communications. We felt very ‘taken care of’ while we were there — with the little extras available to us from the start (basic toiletries, plentiful linens, and a full washer / dryer - with products available for use!). We will absolutely stay here again at this absolutely fabulous ‘Tinsel Town’ property!! Thank you, Cari!! Missing it already!
