WILDLIFE & BUGS: Wildlife can be expected when surrounded by water and the preserved wetlands. Bordering the St. John Wildlife Refuge may bring birds, ducks, swans, beavers, all types of fish, and more. Fish flies (may flies) may be present for a couple weeks during the summer months.
FAQ: Free WiFi. Free propane for grill. Bring your streaming service log-ins for smart TVs. Linens/towels/blankets provided. No fireworks. *Vehicles/boats/trailers must be parked in the home or garage driveway. 5-6 vehicle limit. Please inquire for sizing if bringing boat/trailer. No on-street parking allowed. No parking in neighbors driveways or canal docks, or on the home walkway.
*No tampering with the wifi, security cameras or security hub.
*Excessively dirty homes may be charged an additional fee.
*Swim at your own risk. No Diving - shallow water
*If breaking any of the home rules results in future booking delays/cancellations, guests may be held responsible for incurred costs.

This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera on roadside of home facing the driveway and garage, 1 camera (ring doorbell style) located by side door #1 facing out, 1 camera (ring doorbell style) at side door #2 facing out, 1 camera on the lakeside front of home facing out towards lake. These cameras record video and audio. There are NO cameras facing interior spaces or recording interior video/audio.
