Tucked away in the woods you family will enjoy the amazing amenities in this brand new cabin. The kids will love the lower level game and bunk room including a home theater room with 9 foot theater screen, pool table, air hockey and multi-cade arcade game.

The adults can spread out and enjoy the great room with gas fireplace inside and the fire table and 101 degree hot tub outside on the covered deck. There is a main level queen suite with full bath for those who can't do stairs and then upstairs is a king suite with full bath.

This cabin is located just outside the arts and crafts community and is about 10-15 minutes to just about everything. Dollywood, Outlets, National Park, Downtown. A great location in a secluded wooded in the park setting.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

We used most of the amenities: the hot tub, the outside fire pit, the game room, the theater room, the porches... they were all wonderful. All appliances worked as they should. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. We even had the pleasure of seeing a bear down the street. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! We would definitely stay again.

Awesome Cabin Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 stayed at Bear Mountain Vista for a week and it was such a great home away from home. Convenient location to so many attractions. Getting up and down to the home was rather easy. The house was well stocked with kitchen stuff. Very spacious. We all enjoyed the game room and theater room!! Comfy beds. There was a gas grill, small gas fire pit, and hot tub for use, but we did not use them, but there if you wanted. My favorite part was seeing all the bears. The very first day we saw 3 different ones. But if you just leave them alone they leave you alone. We will definitely be back to stay again!!!

All of the games worked and were well maintained. My kids loved the downstairs because of how much there was to do. The theater was nice and comfy! All the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was well maintained and clean. It was a good 10 minute drive up the mountain but my family loved it! The check in and check out process was amazing and they checked in on us frequently. We also got to see a bear on the very last morning come up our mountain beside the cabin. We will 100% be staying in this cabin in the future and would recommend to everyone!

Nice Cabin, but would not rent again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was clean and new; however, when the rental description tells you it is not on the main property- that is an understatement. We had family rent a cabin from them as well. We were 30 minutes from each other and our cabin was on an extremely dangerous barely one lane road, after many blind curves and hills to get there. There is also no cell service near the cabin. I just wish they had been honest about the location. It certainly put a damper on the trip. If you don’t need to be near anyone or anything, the cabin is nice. If you want to be able to easily get to a grocery store or restaurant- probably pick somewhere else. Our door lock also did not work, it took a long time to get someone out to fix it, but the man who came out to fix it was extremely nice and helpful. I will not rent from this company again.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival cabin is gorgeous but quickly fell apart as we noticed right away there's absolutely 0 mountain view it's all forest that was very disappointing as we would have definitely stayed somewhere with a view over this. Game room was great however we never could get the home theater to work I reach out to staff who responded quickly with a video to help but it still wouldn't work the sound bar would never come on so we didn't get to use the theater room cabin was clean and nice however there was some dirty dishes in the dishwasher not a big deal though. Something I feel should be made aware of the stairs are very slippery with socks within 24hrs of being there I slipped and fell down and entire flight of the stairs now I'm in pretty good shape for my age but I manage to limp around the next couple days with the family but come weds I couldn't stop throwing up and the headache was relentless I've since had 2 ER visits with having a concussion. So I was miserable and didn't get to do much but 2 days the rest I was in bed I'm still off work not able to drive ect. Wear yourself some nonslip socks!

Perfect family getaway cabin

It's "newness" is apparent as the furniture, appliances and fixtures aren't worn/damaged at all. The property is very clean and laid out nicely which gave us all our own space when needed. We enjoyed the movie room setup, game tables and hot tub when hanging out at the cabin and appreciated the cabin's proximity to both Gatlinburg and PG when we felt like "adventuring". The roads leading to the cabin are somewhat challenging (winding, steep, narrow) but after a few trips, navigating the area becomes much less stressful. Elk Springs Resort staff were very communicative leading up to and during our stay. We had a minor issue with the door lock (dead batteries) on a Sunday evening and Elk Springs Resort maintenance was very responsive - coming out within 30 min to address the situation. I definitely recommend booking with Elk Springs Resort!
