This was our 5th stay in this unit. It's perfect for 2, always immaculately clean. Such a perfect location. There have been some updates that we were very pleased to find. Little things like hooks to hang wet beach towels on out on the balcony. Complimentary beach towels and a body board. A box fan. The mattress was fantastic, we slept so well! We love this area and will be returning to this unit as long as the owner is renting.

The condo was clean and well stocked, however, it is listed as a one bedroom but more like a studio. It was small and the bunk beds were right by the door coming in, so it was really loud. Parking is horrible since there is no designated parking for people staying on site.

As for parking, Gulf Place Town Center is a highly sought after destination for both guests and visitors, so parking can feel competitive at times. While there is no designated parking assigned to the unit, there are plenty of parking spots available throughout the community — they may just not always be directly in front of the building. We understand that can be an adjustment and appreciate your patience with that. I have stayed here before and been to Gulf Place many times. Things have gone down in quality. The dishwasher was dirty with food, found men’s underwear in the closet, lots of noise and fighting at 2am almost every night. The price of this condo has gone up significantly over the last few years but the quality is worse. Not sure I’ll stay here again even though I love the area. Bringing in Alvin’s Island was a terrible idea.

Great!

Check in was easy, house was clean, this was a great spot for a short stay for my son and I! The private beach access was a definite plus, we got a great spot by the water every day we were there! Just a short walk from the beach too! Communication with the host was easy breezy!

Because the weather was a bit cool, we spent some time streaming TV. The TV picture appeared to be distorted. We alerted mgmt. and they immediately brought over and installed a brand new (and larger) TV. This was above and beyond our expectations.

Great vacation in Santa Rosa

We will definitely be back! The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. There could be clearer directions on parking (no pass needed but some signs say pass is needed) and we never figured out how to use the private beach access, but public is steps away so we never had issues. Property manager responded within seconds regarding parking question. We never felt the need to ask about the beach card because of the public access.

The suite itself was very nice and comfortable, nice furnishings, the only issue was with the cleaning process, the toilet sits on a pad of some sort and it is torn and nasty. The shower had some mildew or mold around the base of the wall. Beach access is really easy. All in all I would stay here again. Just needs a little attention. Thanks

Cute Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cute condo and looks just like the pictures. My only complaint would be the mold starting to grow in the bathroom by the vent, but I don’t know how it wouldn’t with the amount of moisture in Florida. Our dryer was also out on our floor with was inconvenient but we made it work by hanging all our clothes and using the box fan in the closet to dry them.

Stay went well, and location was great. We were pleasantly surprised that the community pools have a hot tub! Only issue was the management company. They make you sign a contract after booking. I emailed asking for clarification on the terms, but received no response. Not a good start... During our stay the WiFi was intermittently working, and TV had lines through it. We ended up watching movies using iPad and mobile hotspot. Not an issue, but the way the management company dealt this was disappointing. They were texting me to troubleshoot steps. At one point I'm thinking "Guys... I'm on vacation - I'm not troubleshooting your WiFi issues."I will definitely be coming back to the area, but if a reservation is managed by "modern beach vacation rentals" I will not be booking it.

Nice condo, horrible service from property management company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Wednesday and upon arrival, noted we didn’t have enough washcloths. So, we called the property management company after getting settled to let them know we needed another washcloth. Thursday, we enjoyed the beach and got back to the condo still missing a washcloth. We thought they would deliver it while we were out since we spoke to someone 24 hours earlier about needing a washcloth. We called the property management company again, spoke to someone who said they saw where our call had been taken the day before and they would get a washcloth to us immediately. One person waited to take a shower to see if the washcloth would be delivered. To no avail, it wasn’t, and that person had to bathe with the dish towel. On Friday morning, we called the property management company again to ask for a washcloth. We spoke to Sarah, and she said she’d be right over with one. We went about our day, thinking again that one would be delivered. At 1:30 pm, one person in our party went up to the room and while there, checked to see if the washcloth had been delivered. You’re going to be shocked... it had not!! So, we called the property management company again and spoke to Joy, asking if we could pick up a washcloth and to let us know where we need to go to pick it up since they were having a hard time delivering something as simple as a washcloth. Joy said she needed to check with the team to see where they were with the request. We reiterated that this was the fourth time calling in 3 days and still haven’t gotten one washcloth and the person wasn’t bathing with a dish towel again. Joy was asked what time we could expect the washcloth, and she would not give us a specific time that we’d have another washcloth. Due to not specifying a time we could expect them, we told Joy if we didn’t have the washcloth in 3 hours they would hear from us again.
