The place itself was excellent for our family. It had a beautiful view on the balcony which provides a great place to relax. The kitchen has enough amenities to cook which was also a big help to us. There was also beach great available to use which helped a lot since the airline delivered our boogie boards late. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and our family thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you very much!

Everything was great, very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped with cook ware, utensils, plates glasses etc. The only negative comment I have is that the air conditioner never seemed to cool the place. The owner did send a maintenance guy over who checked everything and said it was working fine. They did have lots of fans in the unit which was helpful. We loved our stay.

Thank you so much for your kind review and for choosing to stay with us at White Sands Village #325. We’re thrilled to hear you found the unit very clean and well equipped — we know how important a fully stocked kitchen is, especially for longer stays. We also appreciate you mentioning the AC. As you noted, we did have maintenance come out to inspect it during your stay and confirmed it was operating properly. With the large wrap-around lanai and open layout, the space can take a bit longer to cool during warmer Kona afternoons, so we’re glad the additional fans helped keep things comfortable. Mahalo again for staying with us and for your balanced feedback. We’re so happy to hear you loved your stay, and we’d be honored to host you again on your next visit to the island 🌺

paradise

Excellent location directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach, close to town, amazing view, designated parking. Not as much kitchen as some but more than others. Since we spend about a third of the time we are on vacation sleeping or in bed. I have to give only 3 stars due to the fact the second bedroom had a very uncomfortable bed. It was so uncomfortable that my back was in pain the entire week. It is good that I did not pre book any golf as I would have lost out on that.

This place has so much to offer. Amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can spend 30 mins writing all the amazing things about this place. My family just came back from our 4 night stay here, and everything here is immaculate. Location, Sunset, parking, facilities, etc. Some of the things that impressed me a lot were: Common pool area with billiard table in a nice shaded area, Amazing wrap around balcony with one of the best sunset views, well equipped kitchen with water filteration system, tonnes of beach supplies. One tip for anyone renting this place: Do not bring a lot of stuff other than your clothes, if you are staying here. Chances are they have it, and if not, there is a walmart 5-10 mins away.

This is a spotless, quiet, comfortable condo with gorgeous ocean and sunset views and a massive lanai. It was very well-appointed with everything we needed from beach gear, kitchen items, laundry, etc. We loved it! We have stayed at White Sands Village before and really love being able to walk across to street to beautiful Magic Sands Beach. Would definitely stay in this unit again! Mahalo!
