Family Meet-up in Orlando

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this property with a group of about 30 of us. It was very spacious. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom and there was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The pool was a major hit as well as the game room & movie theater. Thank you for a wonderful stay at a lovely home!

Couples getaway

The house is beautiful and welcoming. It’s more than enough space to feel comfortable. My stay was a couples getaway for six couples. This house was perfect because it had more than enough king beds for the couples. The only complaint was the heating system did not work for the hot tub but I received my refund right away. The management company Upstay is superb. They are professional and will do whatever they can to accommodate your needs.

Company HQ

Our company booked this house for 12 adult employees for a show that we were participating in. Big house with plenty of space. Nice outdoor patio with outdoor TV, grill, pool and hot tub. Nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Gameroom was fun. Hosts were very responsive to any question or concern we had. When we come to the area again next year we will definitely be looking at this location again!

Work Training

We utilized the housing for employees from across the country that were attending a management training event. After arranging a specific check-in time, we were surprised to not be allowed in the property by the cleaning staff. Other than that little hiccup, the stay was exactly what we needed.

Getaway

Pool heat was great. The lighting in game room and outside needs a little touch up. The grill needs to be cleaned or replaced. Wanted to use it and smelled like something died in it!!!Was spacious and in great location, a little far from the guest parking though for a FYI

Poor Response Time

Property was great but AC didn't work and it took a day and a half to get it fixed. Temperature outside was in the upper 80s so it was very uncomfortable. Also we did not have enough towels ot tolit tissue and response time was 6 to 8 hours

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Bridgette. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the property itself, but we sincerely apologize for the issues you faced during your stay. We understand how uncomfortable it can be when the AC isn’t functioning properly, especially in the heat. Our team strives to address maintenance issues as quickly as possible, and we regret that it took longer than expected in this case. We’re also sorry to hear about the shortage of towels and toilet tissue; we will ensure that our inventory is better stocked moving forward. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide a more seamless experience.

Stayed During Hurricane

We used this property for some work meetings. It happened that we were there for Hurricane Milton which was a bit chaotic but the communication with the property managers was good and in the end there was hardly any rain. Pros: 15 rooms and each room had its own bathroom; Kitchen is great with 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges. Large space to gather for meals, meetings, hang out time. It served us well. We used the hot tub at the house which was nice. Location is convenient - 20 mins to Disney. Walmart, Target, Aldi, Sam's all nearby. Very clean. We had to ask for more trash bags for the kitchen but they brought them immediately. Cons: Not easy for Ubers to find. You need input two addresses. One for the main gate of the neighborhood and then the house. If you use the address of the house GPS takes you to a gate that is no longer in use. The bunk bed was broken by a previous guest and not usable. The large downstairs ensuite's toilet was not flushing properly and was not cleared by the person they sent. They need a real plumber to look at the problem.
