The Space:

As you arrive, a winding driveway leads to a sprawling 7-acre retreat, hidden from the road and offering unparalleled privacy. Take in sweeping views of farmland, the majestic Overlook Mountain, and nightly displays of star-studded skies. Outdoors, enjoy generous front and back yards, a secure fenced-in pool (kept at a warm 82°), and a two-car carport with a ramp for stepless entry, complemented by ample driveway parking and an EV charger for your convenience.



Designed across two floors, the house seamlessly marries rustic charm with modern elegance. Vaulted ceilings and exposed steel beams highlight the rustic-modern aesthetic, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. Thoughtfully designed for two families, the home combines accessibility with style.



On the main floor, you’ll find two primary bedrooms with king beds and full en-suite bathrooms (one featuring a tub). An enclosed sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa, a guest bedroom with two twin beds plus a trundle, and an additional full bathroom provide plenty of options for guests. The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and bar seating opens to a spacious living and dining area anchored by a cozy gas fireplace. Step out to the large deck with outdoor dining, a grill, and a hot tub—ideal for unwinding or entertaining.



The lower level offers its own retreat, featuring a large sectional with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, a media center with a 75" Samsung Frame TV, and another full bathroom.

The Neighborhood:

Overlook Meadow is located in the heart of The Catskills, in the town of Woodstock. This charming, walkable town has lots of explore-worthy stores and restaurants. Grab a coffee and a bagel at The Mud Club. For lunch, don’t miss Garden Cafe or Dixon’s Roadside For dining, Silvia and Good Night are a must followed by a drink at Tinker Street Tavern. Shop any number of cute mom-and-pop shops on Tinker St. Don’t forget to explore the various hikes around the Catskills, we recommend Overlook Mountain. Getting Around:

Overlook Meadow is less than two hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area.

In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.



Other Things to Note:

A/C: The home features split-unit A/Cs in the living room, kitchen, den, and both king bedrooms. The guest suite is equipped with a mini-split unit.



The pool is open from Memorial Day-Oct 1. Hot tub is available year round!
