If you are looking for a place to stay in San Jose Del Cabo, I would highly recommend considering this place. Location is perfect with the beach at your doorstep and a nice pool to cool off in. Staff at this location are friendly and helpful while working hard to keep it clean. Less than 10 min from the relaxed town of San Jose, with great restaurants and shops. The condo is very comfortable and clean, well maintained and outfitted. Great communication from the owner/management. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if we are ever in that area again.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was a comfortable and relaxing. We saw whales playing in the water from our deck. The sunrises were stunning. The staff was happy and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is an absolutely beautiful condo and we just loved our stay. We are a family of 6 (adult children) and the space was just perfect. It is on a great spot on costa azul beach and the view is stunning. A few more wine glasses would be good for the unit.

The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. Perfect location if you surf, directly in front of zippers. The pool was perfect for the kids. The apartment was quiet, the kitchen well stocked, the espresso machine perfect, and the ai conditioning cool. couldn’t have asked for anything more. Host was very responsive and easy to reach.

Great location and premise. Nice fit out and everything you need for a seamless stay. Our host was super responsive and caring thankyou. If your a surfer with kids this is the spot for you, catch waves while’s kids watch from the pool epic.

Great location for surfers and beach lovers. The space fit our five guests comfortably, with beautiful views and access to the Sea of Cortez. Bedrooms were quiet and kitchen was well appreciated. The host was accessible throughout our stay and provided some nice suggestions for activities and restaurants that we took advantage of. We rented a car and ample parking was available at the building. The car was useful for traveling around the area, though ride share was an available option in the area. Getting out and exploring was definitely worth it, as were quiet times on the uncrowded beach and at the lovely pool area.

We had a great stay, 10/10!

We had a great stay at Arsen's place. He and Dario were easy to communicate with, the condo was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. We loved going to the pool and beach, and just a short walk down the beach is a restaurant, Pescadito, that was great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We would definitely stay at Arsen's place again!

By far our best VRBO stay so far. Ever. The space was so much larger than the pictures show. Our two teenagers had their own rooms and they were very spacious. My husband and I felt like we still had our own space due to the long hallway that separated us from the kids. We watched the surfers for a few hours each morning and loved it. It’s so easy to get down to the pool and to the beach, 1-2 minutes. There is an amazing beachside restaurant onsite that has great food, cocktails, and the best service. We were also able to walk to breakfast nearby each day (Pescadito Break) which was such a great start to the day. The unit was so, so clean and our host, Arsen, was so responsive and helpful. We will be back soon and will be staying here for sure!

Awesome time in Cabo area

We loved the pool, hot tub. Beach views, watching surfers. The lobby was lovely, service at the outside bar was a bonus. Our concierge was super responsive arranging outings for us helping us to navigate the neighborhood.

Perfect getaway with family

Really accurate photos, amazing location, great amenities from espresso maker to gym and free onsite parking. Arsen and Dario made everything so easy. Zero complaints. Easy walking access to good food, convenient location for home base to do day trips to Todos Santos, San Jose Del Cabo, and even La Paz. Would stay here again in future.

Perfect spot

The building was beautiful, clean and the view was spectacular. Check in was easy and efficient. The property manager was always available and tentative. The master bedroom bed and sheets were good quality. It was walking distance to a restaurant and a few minutes to down town. We will defiantly be back.

Ideal location right on the beach

There is also a swimming pool and a hot tub. The condo is well supplied.Driving instructions could have been better and I do not remember reading the building name “Soleado” in the description. It would have been nice to have information about re-setting the AC. But we had a great stay.

Beautiful Property - Amazing Views - Awesome Host

We loved our stay! Arsen and Dario were wonderful hosts communicating about the property, check in/check out and questions while there. The condo is beautiful, perfect for our family of four, with a room for each teen, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and patio with the most amazing view. We wandered down the beach or into town each night for dinner, and stocked up at the grocery near by for other meals at the condo. The cabanas on the beach were my favourite, comfy paradise for relaxing and reading with the endless stretch of white sand, blue sea and the sound of the waves. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful. Easy parking, great security staff. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Incredible beachfront condo!!!

Everything about this place is amazing! Our host, Dario, was outstanding. He was very helpful arranging things for us prior to travel, met us when we arrived, and stopped by to say goodbye when we left. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly!The property itself is beautiful and is better in person than we expected! The bedrooms were very clean, had amazing closet space, and had the most comfortable sheets and mattresses! It felt incredible cozying up in bed falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including an espresso machine and blender for our pina coladas! The property had a great on-site gym, the lobby was stunning, and the pool/hot tub and beach cabanas were lovely.The location of this condo was ideal. We rented a car and weren’t far from grocery stores, the airport, and downtown San Jose Del Cabo. We also traveled down to Cabo San Lucas as well which is only about 30 min by car. I highly highly recommend this place and can’t wait to be back!
