Amazing stay

Robs place is great! We had a small hiccup at check in but it was rectified immediately and the people helping us were very kind. The location is great and the condo has everything we needed. We would stay there again if it is available.

This property is perfect for our family and the recent upgrades make the unit event more impressive. This was our second stay in the property and we will plan to return.

Beautiful Sunrises Every Morning

Great location, right on the beach. Loved that it was a smaller community and outside of Cabo San Lucas. Best part is the view! Loved sitting on the large balconies and watching whales, the sunrise and surfers.

Las Olas surf side

Loved our stay at Las Olas and Rob was super helpful in getting all our questions answered. Would definitely stay here again, even with the road noise. Great place if you like to surf or wanna learn how

Nice Condo

Great location and beautiful view. Rob was very accommodating and a good communicator. Kitchen was well-stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were great and Las Olas is a well-kept up property. Good place for friends or family.

Perfect Spot

Our stay in Rob's place was perfect. Everything was clean and well stocked. Rob was quick to respond to messages and very helpful with setting up Uber rides and local info. Great location and views of the surf out front. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing location!

We stayed for 8 nights and couldn't have asked for anything else. The condo was exactly as described and had everything we could've needed and more. The balcony with zero gravity chairs were the best! Gorgeous views with surf break right out front. Surf rentals across the street and use of Rob's foam long boards made it easy. Rob was very responsive and helpful in providing nearby restaurant recommendations. We are already thinking about when we'll be able to come back!

Perfect size property; Surf front and center. Spectacular views. Beautiful unit. Perfect contrast to the chaos in CABO! Close to San Jose Del CABO, great , laid back smaller Mexican town; tons of shops and restaurants. Rob; please have us back! Cal/Shelley.

The Surf spot in San Jose' Del Cabo

We were in Cabo for a Wedding at the Cabo Surf Hotel. The Los Olas Condominiums are a great option when they ran out of rooms as it's a 5 minute walk down the beach. As long as its not high tide. Only once did we need to Uber over for the beach parties/pool parties and we were there for four days. Great location to go into town and see the sites of San Jose'. Thanks again !

The traveler lowered his rating because of the road noise which is an issue most of the time. In our description we address this issue upfront so that there are no surprises.

The owner Rob was great to deal with, promptly responding to emails. The condo is in great shape and up to date with modern additions. The view from the kitchen/living room and balcony was spectacular. Rob has done a good job mitigating road noise which seems mostly apparent during the day when we were at the pool or touring around. Beds were very comfprtable!

I put in the property description that we have road noise because of our location. I want guests to know about this before arrival and provide white noise machines, newer double pane windows and recommend ear plugs for sensitive sleepers. It is a price we pay for our location on the beach and near the surf spots. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope you come again.

Great condo in a great location

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The view was incredible and it was so nice to wake up, have a cup of coffee, and check the surf from the balcony. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for making meals which was really nice. Beds were very comfortable as was house. Condo was quiet and the road noise didn’t bother us at all. Uber was readily available and restaurants were within walking distance. Thanks for sharing your space with us. We loved it!

AWESOME!

We had two surfers in our group, ages 20 and 60 and they both loved it. Three surf spots to choose from. The women loved it too, swimming and snorkeling right out front, Zippers and 7 Seas resturants within walking distance. Definitely prefer San Jose Del Cabo, still has the vibe we were looking for, great food(La Lupita our favorite) art and music. The hosts made this booking incredibly easy with all the information and well stocked unit. Ventur car rental a must. Hope to return soon!

Great Stay but not for the sensitive sleeper

Well this review won't be much different from other reviews because it is a great stay. Rob was in great communication! We had no issues checking in or getting into the place. Walking into the place was as expected clean, tidy, well decorated and organized. The view of the ocean is spectacular! And the patio is our favorite to hang out. The furniture and appliances are in very good condition. Wifi is strong and fast but we did not have connection in any of the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure for the showers was good. There's plenty of towels. He provided some laundry detergent so we could do laundry! The air conditioner and ceiling fans worked great throughout the place. The location of Las Olas is situated in a good distance to both Cabo San Lucas, Airport, East Cape, and downtown San Jose del Cabo. Although the entrance and exit of the property is not for the faint of heart for drivers - lots of traffic passing by. We felt completely safe staying at Las Olas. OH A BIG PLUS...Rob has filtered water system so we felt completely safe using the tap water to cook and brush our teeth. And we never got sick as we have in other places thorough out Mexico. Overall the trip and stay was totally worth the price! There is one thing though I will warn EXTREMELY SENSITIVE SLEEPERS. As I am. The bedroom is situated very close to the busy highway traffic. And there's definitely noise during the night. I travel with 2 sets of noise makers (plus Rob has one in each bedroom) and sleep with ear buds and still could hear it faintly. So I had no trouble sleeping nor did my husband or siblings. I say this because if you are really SENSITIVE to noise and DON'T use the right aids to help you sleep, I assure you'll be challenged. Again, I emphasize we all slept well and we could not hear the road noise in the living room or patio. The kitchen was stocked with good cookware, knives, dishes, cups, glasses and utensils and had a essentials in cooking oil but lacks spices. Ok with that note, I would definitely recommend and stay at Rob's again! Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely Amazing

Fantastic surf trip. The condo is dead center of the best surf in Cabo. Very clean and remodeled condo. Very clean property with easy beach access. Very good Restaurants near by. Basically paradise. Rob the owner is very accommodating and responsive. We will be going here annually from now on. Book it because you will love it.

Great unit!

We wanted to stay at Las Olas due to proximity to the surf breaks. This location was perfect! My teen boys surfed multiple times a day. The unit itself was just as described- well appointed, clean, comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a great stay. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the surfers or enjoying the pool and hot tub. Communication with the owner was easy should there be any issues. We will definitely stay again!

Very nice stay

Had a great time at Los Olas condo's. The condo is nicely laid out and there was concern about road nice but it did not bother us at all. Amazing location right on Costa Azul beach. Excellent surf location. Great beach to walk also. Only down side is perhaps losing the sun later in the day but amazing sunrises. We would definitely go back. -Malcolm
