What a beautiful home. The pictures were hard to do it justice because as nice as it looked in the photos, it was even better in person.Flew in with adult family as well as a baby to attend a wedding. 11 of us in total, including the baby. A great experience. The place was stunning as was the location. Pool and spa was great with an incredible view. Host was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect fit for our family group of 8 adults and 6 children. Close enough to spend a day at the beach and still fix and eat dinner at this property and enjoy an early evening swim. The kitchen is large enough to cook and have several adult helpers. The dining table was large enough for all of us to sit down and enjoy family meal times together. Wonderful family memories were made.

Great value and plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 6 children ages 1-7 years. Loved the central location and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. When we weren't enjoying the beaches and local attractions, all the kids were in the pool. Communications with the host before and during our stay were top notch, kudos to Bluewater. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful grounds to sit outside and enjoy. Unfortunately, we paid for the heated pool, but it didn't get up to a reasonable temperature until the day we checked out--so we were never able to use it. All in All a lovely venue for our team.

Beautiful Home. Stayed with our extended family of 13 ranging in age from 2yr-70. Plenty of space for everyone. We do wish there were more pots and pans, but we like to cook in and understand that's not always the case for other guests on vacation. If we needed something, Bluewater responded promptly!

Too expensive for what you get. The accomodations are big but the little things were annoying. The neighbor was bothersome and dampened the mood. Rooms were either too cold or too hot. It was hard to regulate the temperature. It seemed there were maintenance people there every day - landscaping crew, pool maintenance, etc. The showers were hard to regulate - either too hot or too cold. Never just right. Although advertised as a 7 bedroom house, 2 of the bedrooms are not ideal. One is a loft above the main living space so absolutely no privacy or noise control and the other is a matchbox adjancent the laundry room. If you like falling asleep to the sounds of a clothes washer, this is the room for you. The large glass doors "lock" by a push bolt that barely fits in the floor. One hard tug and the door is open. This was not the most secure feeling. The driveway gates are manual. You have to get out of the car every time you enter or leave to work the gate.I'm sure there are lots of other properties in this price range that offer a better experience.

Exec Retreat

We recently used this rental house for an executive retreat, and it was absolutely perfect! The house had fantastic indoor and outdoor space, ideal for both our large group meetings and breakout sessions. The open layout made it easy for everyone to interact and collaborate. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed for meals. The views from the property were stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for a productive yet relaxing environment. Communication with the management team was seamless as they were very responsive and addressed any questions or requests promptly. The location was convenient, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, this house exceeded our expectations and was a huge contributor to the success of our event. Ladies golf trip - Sukiyaki 2024

The house is very nice but for the price I would expect to have more than salt and pepper for spices. The hot tub didn’t heat up on our last night. Doors going out to pool are a bit dangerous if you attempt to grab handle. If you push, it’s fine otherwise your finger gets trapped in the door. The outdoor fireplace didn’t come on either but there is lots of space to hang out. The house needs a bit of maintenance but we managed.

This property is absolutely beautiful! We stayed with extended family for a wedding. There was plenty of space for all of us. I would definitely stay here again. The house was very clean, and we had almost everything we needed for cooking the few things I can suggest is to add a can opener as we couldn't find one in any of the drawers also maybe a few washcloths to wash down the counter tops. The doors leading to the pool need a warning or something as we all had our fingers smashed in the doors including our children. We were never able to use the master shower as we had no hot water to the shower. We also BBQ the 3rd night of our stay and my husband went to turn on the propane only to find out it had been left on. The most frustrating for us is we traveled with small kids and our flight came in at 7am. We were not able to check in until 4. I had asked for an early check in upon booking this house and was told if there was an early check in available, they would let me know. I again asked about a week prior to the stay and was told they would message me as soon as the house was ready. Which they did not. We ended up sitting in front of the house for an hour or so as our kids were drained and tired after the flight and long day trying to find something to do. I didn't see anyone come out of the house in that hour or so waiting for it to be ready. So, it was ready earlier and we were not able to get in. I would have paid for an early check in just to ease some stress.

Lovely Property, Great Pool

We throughly enjoyed our multi-generational stay with the highlights being the spaciousness of common areas and all the windows bringing the outdoors in! The location worked out well for our travels to SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla sites. We paid the daily fee to heat the pool and were pleasantly surprised on the water temperature. The Spa accommodated 6 people. The pool was huge, allowing for lap swimming. There was a boardwalk along the rear of the property offering great views of the city. There were a few outdoor games at the property including bocce, connect four, & croquet. While the house is aging a bit (to be expected), the interiors were beautiful, interesting and clean. There were two dishwashers which we thought excessive at first, but we ended up using regular, while one was washing, we could start the next round of dirty dishes. A few things we would have appreciated: felt pads on the bottom of stools/chairs, resealable food containers, working light over cooktop (underside of microwave), another frying pan and a few mixing type bowls.Bedrooms were spacious and most were located down a hallway, keeping common space noise to a minimum. The mattresses could use replacing, but we all felt they were acceptable. Bedding was comfortable and ample. The property management company was excellent to work with. All in all we loved the uniqueness and modern vibe of this property. We would highly recommend others stay at this property.
