Durango condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was love at first sight. It was warm and inviting and very tastefully decorated. It was comfortable and complete. The location was within an easy walk for shopping, restaurants and the train station. Our car was conveniently parked across the street but we didn’t need to drive anywhere. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean. It would be nice to advertise that you need quarters for the laundry room and to provide a few tide pods and dryer sheets for guests that stay longer than one night. The keyless door gave us issues the first day but it was fixed that night and didn’t have any additional issues. The bar across the street is loud but the area was clean, safe, and great shopping.

This was such a great place to stay for a couple. In downtown Durango and close to all the area restaurants, shops, RR. The studio was equipment with everything we needed. Plus the complimentary firts aid kit was first for us and a nice added gift. Thank you.

This property is really the perfect location. And it was really nice and clean. The only downside is the bar across the street is VERY LOUD. I had read a review stating the noise concern so I brought a portable sound machine thinking it would help however it didn’t.

We wanted a nice place to spend the first couple days of our anniversary weekend in Durango before we took out train ride to Silverton. The condo was great and everything was as described. They even had Rocky Mountain Chocolates waiting for us when we arrived!

The place had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The parking was perfect considering everything was walkable to downtown and there were parking meters everywhere. The only thing to mention, which I read the same complaint from another was the bar across the street was extremely loud on the weekend. I laughed at the original comment, but it was like a Rave pounding until 2am. We actually planned a trip to Ouray on Saturday to Sunday, so we just had one night of crummy sleep. The rest of the week was quiet.

Everything was exactly as described. Parking was easy- across the street and free. I drove a smaller car, a Forester, and it fit the space well. The location was excellent, if you want to be in the action. The bar across the street, El Rancho, was lively until about 2 AM on the Saturday night that we were there, otherwise it was quiet. It was easy to walk to everything downtown. During the week in early June, when we were there, there weren’t a lot of tourists and it was easy to get a table for meals. The condo is only a few blocks from the famous Durango/ Silverton Train Station and about a 45 minute drive to the entrance of the Mesa Verde National Park. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The location is perfect for walking and shopping downtown. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. It is located across the street from a bar so it is a little noisy until 2am. The person on the floor above us sounded like they were moving furniture around most of the night so if your a light sleeper make sure you have ear plugs. The place over all was nice and spacious. I would liked the bathroom to have been a little cleaner, the shower curtain was horrendous and the tub wasn't as clean as it should have been but after contacting the host they sent a new shower curtain the next morning and there was cleaner in the bathroom so after cleaning the tub myself and hanging a new curtain all was well. The TV is a little tricky until you get the hang of it. The book that's there with the instructions for everything hasnt been updated so dont call the number listed if you need something, use the one on your booking information. Overall it is a nice place to stay, if I am ever that way again I would stay here.

Thank you for staying with us, and for completing a review! We were happy to host you and your group. We are so glad to hear that you had an amazing stay and found the home spacious with a very comfortable bed. We provide all the updated information digitally, so the book in the unit is not the most up to date information for the home. Glad we could get that shower curtain replaced for you and the tub better cleaned. We look forward to having you stay with Vacation Rental Collective again in the future!

This place was perfect for our needs. It is an adorable studio and well appointed. The location is as good as it gets and having our own entrance was really nice. Most of the apartments in the Jarvis are through a vestibule into a big building with an elevator, but this studio’s front door is right on the street, making it so easy. The parking spot was just across the street and super easy to access. There is noise on the weekend evenings from the bar across the street but they have a fan in the closet you can use. I also was confused on check in day (my mistake, not the owners) and they were highly responsive. Great stay! I 100% would stay here again.
