This house was perfect for our week long family vacation. Adult kids took the bikes to the beach, we used the golf cart to go to Seaside. The community pool was great to hang out at. We appreciated the ease of check out and the little items that we didn’t have to go buy like dish soap, salt and pepper, those might seem immaterial but it’s a big deal. There is a black bear that is behind the house and will walk across the street, very cool to see!!

Wonderful stay! Very clean snd spacious. Had a couple small problems that were handled very quickly. The only reason we have a 4 for “as advertised” is that there was no pullout sofa. We were able to use the two large couches in the living room instead. We love this area and this is our fourth time renting in this neighborhood. The pool is a great addition and balance to the beautiful area beaches. The kids love the nature trails and ponds. Having Publix and restaurants close enough to bike or golf cart is an added benefit. Thank you for a wonderful week! We ca t wait to come back!!

Celebration with Family

We all had a wonderful time, the property was very pretty and plenty of space for our family of 9. We loved the porches and having the bikes and the golf cart were a huge bonus!

This property is a perfect place to book for families. This has ample room for everyone, and is one of the first homes when you enter this amazing community. The bikes and golf cart are an added bonus to this already wonderful home, fully loaded with anything you need for cooking/baking, and plenty of outdoor seating spaces on the porches! Terrible experience overall. We chose this property specifically because a golf cart was included in rental. The golf cart was not in working order.messaged host immediately. They sent a repair man who informed us that he would have to order a part and that would take some time so we would be getting a new golf cart. A new golf cart NEVER showed up . Messaged host again they said we would not be getting a replacement golf cart there weren’t any available. This area has thousands of golf carts I find that hard to believe . My family is so disappointed. Getting around in a golf cart is key to this area . Without that we felt our trip was ruined . Grandkids would have loved driving around in a golf cart.Also the main pool was down for 2 days. The pool worker said it was scheduled tile maintenance. So did the host know the pool would be down too?!!We picked this house specifically for the golf cart and the zero entry pool ! To have both of those be a let down was so disappointing! When I arrived home I contacted VRBO and had them be the go between with the host to try and get some compensation for not having a golf cart . No such luck ! Was told no refund from host . VRBO did give us a small credit in our account for a stay somewhere else in the future. Nothing from the host though!! The last thing the host said was WE broke the golf cart! Send proof I said! That’s the last communication from host! Because we didn’t break golf cart and they knew it! Just a shady company!

Overall, we enjoyed the location and the home, but several maintenance issues negatively impacted our stay. We arrived to a golf cart with a flat back tire and two broken bikes. We were told the golf cart would be repaired, but it was never fixed, and we had to air up the tire every day just to use it. One bike wasn’t replaced until three days after check-in.There was also no propane tank for the grill, so we had to purchase one ourselves, only to find the grill still didn’t work. We reached out daily regarding these issues, but unfortunately they were never resolved during our stay.We were also told a price adjustment would be made because the golf cart couldn’t be repaired, but we have yet to receive it. The home itself is nice and in a good location, but we’d encourage the owners to address these maintenance issues and follow through on resolving guest concerns so future guests can fully enjoy their stay.

We had an excellent stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—close to everything while still being tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. One of our favorite amenities was the golf cart, which made getting around easy and fun. We also loved the walking trails throughout the community, perfect for morning strolls and evening walks.The house was clean, comfortable, and had Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
