Great location and the layout of the house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the use of the LSV during our stay, it worked perfectly! Host was very responsive to our questions. Pool key access card worked during our stay. One of the two pools in the community was closed for 2-3 days during our stay for maintenance which was a bit disappointing as the other pool got very crowded. Overall, a very nice property in a great location!

We enjoyed the location very much. Our dog was welcome and there was a nice backyard. The house is lovely. We would love to visit again in the near future.

Had trouble with entering property at first, but response was quick. Asking for a 50 charge to heat a pool used by the whole complex was confusing. We didn’t pay it. It was very cold. Otherwise home was lovely and we enjoyed our time there!

During the off-season, one of the community pools at The Gathering Place is heated by the HOA for guests to enjoy, and there is no additional fee required. PROS: located right beside gathering place. The amount of space for our family was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to go to. Any issues we had, the host responded in a timely manner. CONS: We had a roach problem daily. the majority of the outlets did not work. The ice maker on fridge did not work properly. The water spout from the fridge has mold on it. We only had one trash bin with a lid and the trash company did not pick up one day. We had to store trash in the garage. The golf cart only charged half the time due to the outlet in the garage and the plug would only stay halfway in the outlet. Getting in the house the first day was a process as the code did not work. Host was contacted and this was taken care of. Whoever cleaned before we came in must have used bleach on the couch covers. They were still damp and my husband got bleach on his shorts. The hot water only worked half the time. The first full day we had only cold water. Someone did come out to fix this.

Pros: The size and layout of the home was perfect for our family. The location is great and we enjoyed having LSV access.Cons: There were several little things in the home that did not work (ice maker, light switches, LSV charger, pool fob). These weren’t a huge issue but annoying as a whole. I contacted the rental company about the pool fob and they said they would get right back to me about a new one, however, that never happened. The furniture inside and out and the living room rug are all stained and the overall cleanliness was average.We still had an enjoyable stay but I don’t know that I would rent this particular house again without some upgrades.

Fun with Family

Our time at this beautiful home was a last minute get away for Spring Break with one of our daughters and her family (husband and 3 boys). There was plenty of room for everyone and the boys loved the bunk room! They also loved being right next to the pool and we were very happy that it was heated as it was rather cool for March! The office and property management staff were professional and helpful when we had a minor golf cart issue (that they resolved quickly). This lovely home is very conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops in the area. We hope to be able to return again soon and would encourage other families or groups to utilize this rental!!

Nice place, but needs updated The living room rug was absolutely disgusting that I wouldn’t even walk barefoot on it. Also, the kitchen floor was quite dirty, I scrubbed it on my hands and knees and my rag was black. Also there were some Cheerios that got left behind. The sofa and pillows were stained.Also, we chose this house because it came with a golf cart.But that didn’t work, got stranded about a mile away and had to walk. It was picked up to get repaired but wasn’t brought back to us until later the following day. I had to message several times to inquire about it.Other than that, we loved the location as it was right next to the pool, BUT the pool key didn’t work so we had to be let in all the time by someone else.I
