Perfect 30A Home on Rosemary Beach !

WOW!! This show home exceeded our expectations. The layout, the furnishings, pool and the outdoor spaces with a view cannot be outdone. Steps to the private beach was my absolute favorite. Thank you to the amazing concierge team who took care of our every need and even provided my daughter and her fiancé with a gourmet congratulatory cake and late check out. We look forward to another stay in this breathtaking home !

It is such an amazing property with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and just a short trip from many great food spots! Definitely will need to take a trip back and I highly recommend this property for large groups/families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Showhouse is a stunning house in which you can tell the owner put great thought and detail into the design. From the putting green on the roof to the lemon room on the second floor, the design is beautiful. For a large family or friend group, this house is ideal because there is space for everyone to do their own things but also hang out together. Having a washer/dryer on the 3rd floor and the 1st floor is very convenient. The location is great for biking or golf cart riding.

Spacious

The house was fantastic. The only downside was the stairs (for anyone with knees that get sore). The elevator worked but we decided not to use it since we were warned that it could get stuck if we didn't operate it very precisely according to the directions. The doors had to be closed in a certain order before pressing the floor button. We didn’t want to take any chances on getting stuck or having the elevator quit working and having to pay for repairs. The beach was great and close but longer than a 30 second walk to get to. The family absolutely loved the vacation there! I’d give it a 5 overall in spite of the stairs. Plenty of amenities, everything you’d need in the kitchen, a putting green loved by the kids, spacious rooms, and great decor!
