Conveniently located minutes from Lake Tahoe, this two-story old Tahoe-style home offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! This darling home was built in 1949 and offers a convenient location near Blue Lake where you can access the Kings Beach Recreation Area. The Brockway Golf Club is similarly just down the street and passes can be purchased at the club to enjoy an afternoon on the lush course. Restaurants, shopping, and downtown can all be reached by just a quick car ride. Other must-visit attractions include Tahoe Vista Recreation Area and Boat Launch, Historic Stateline Fire Lookout, Classical Tahoe, Northstar California Resort, Truckee River Rafting, Sand Harbor, Historic Downtown Truckee & Visitor Center, Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe, and Palisades Tahoe Resort.

As you enter this charming retreat, you will immediately be greeted by an inviting open floor plan with partially carpeted floors. Make yourself comfortable and curl up on the sofa to watch a fun show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The adjoining wood-burning fireplace is ready to keep you nice and warm during your stay if you are visiting during the winter months. Whip up delicious homemade meals and treats for the group in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the major appliances. When mealtime is over, let the dishwasher do the cleaning and head over to the bubbly hot tub outside for a soothing bath. Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a lounge chair, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom on the first floor, and four additional bedrooms upstairs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
