Welcome to 3THREE8 Manzanita ~ a newly remodeled, month-to-month private home retreat in Manzanita, Oregon. 3THREE8 is the perfect escape for people who enjoy high end furnishings in a casual and modern setting. 1.5 blocks to Laneda Ave (main street with all the shops), 3.5 blocks to the beach with private back yard, fire pit and views of 6th green on the golf course.
Interior amenities include scraped acacia hardwood flooring, new kitchen appliances including Electrolux glass cooktop, Ceasarstone counters, Ann Sacks tiled bathroom with walk in Hansgrohe shower and heated tile flooring, dimmable LED lighting throughout, fast Wi-Fi, Bosch washer/dryer in unit, all new contemporary furniture and other high end finishings. It's hard to find a rental property in Manzanita, or on the coast for that matter, that isn't dark, dated or decorated by your grandma.
The interior layout, designed by TVA Architects of Portland, is open while still intimate. Two bedrooms feature brand new queen size beds, new carpeting and plenty of storage. Main living area is dynamite and has terrific flow - it's one big great room with great light and views to the golf course in the back yard. Brand new Smart ROKU LCD TV's are in living area and main bedroom with YouTube TV. You also have your own private backyard complete with modern patio furniture, fire pit, new Weber grills (charcoal and electric) and golf course views. As you sit down for an evening cocktail on the back patio you can hear the ocean in the background.
Finally, the location! Just a block to Laneda Avenue with boutique shops, banks, galleries, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, wine & whiskey bars, post office, library, spa ... you name it. And we're just a short 3.5 block stroll to the beach - situated on a quiet street and tucked into our own little micro climate on those windy coastal days. 3THREE8 Manzanita ~ it's beautiful here ~
SISTER PROPERTY - 3ONE8 Manzanita - licensed, short term vacation rental. Same layout - backyards are separate and private. Property is one half of a duplex (3ONE8) and we've taken great measures to insure your peace and quiet. Quiet Rock product was installed on the common wall - you won't hear a peep. Front doors are on opposite ends of the property. No security deposit required.

Hey, I’m Bret Polvorosa, owner and host of 3THREE8 Manzanita (30 day min. stay) and 3ONE8 Manzanita (short-term rental). When you book at least 30 nights you should not pay any taxes. This rental is a 30 night minimum rental - rates vary by season.

Tucked away on a quiet street - we’re a 1.5 block walk to the village shops on Laneda Avenue then just a short 3.5 stroll down to the beach.

Everything was remodeled down to the studs. The unit is very cozy and has great light and flow … it’s a magical spot. The private backyard facing the golf course separates this rental from others … the views are abundant and verdant as you look down the fairway amongst the fir trees.
