Dette luksuri��se strandbyhus har fem soveværelser, fire badeværelser og en privat splash pool med udsigt over stranden og sover 16 komfortabelt. Huset har en opskalere stue, granit bordplader i køkkenet med rustfrit stål apparater og hårde trægulve i hele anden og tredje sal.

Dette hjem er det perfekte hus til familiesammenføringer eller strandfront bryllupper. Se solnedgangen fra nogen af de tre golfbalkonaler, tag en pause fra stranden og slap af i spabadet ved Golffronten, eller tilbring dagen ved Frangista Beach community pool. Dette er det perfekte hus at komme væk fra det hele og bo i Bliss. Første sal har et køje værelse med to køjesenge (fuld over fuld) og et fladskærms-tv, og et gæstesoveværelse med en queensize seng og sovesofa, privat bad, minibar og privat golf foran balkon. På anden sal finder du køkkenet fuldt udstyret med alle de apparater, du har brug for, spisestue med plads til 6 ved bordet og 2 mere i baren, stue med fladskærms-tv, Golf foran balkon med flere siddepladser til at nyde , Udsigt over bugten fra alle vinkler, et gæstesoveværelse med 1 queensize-seng og et gæstetoilet. 3. sal værter soveværelse med en kingsize seng, privat Gulf Front balkon, privat bad med karbad, walk-in shower og dobbelt forfængelighed, og en anden gæst soveværelse med en kingsize seng og privat bad.
Mens du er her, er den gatede Frangista Beach naboområde pool inden for nem gåafstand, og opvarmes i køligere måneder. Du kan også gøre din vej til fods til flere spisesteder, og nabolaget isbutik! Frangista Beach er centralt beliggende langs Scenic 98 i Miramar Beach og ligger i hjertet af spisestederne, underholdnings- og shoppingområdet i området mellem Destin Commons og Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Beautiful beach front property

We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and the short walk to the water. Location is optimal as just about everything you need can be reached by foot or cart. Highly recommended!

Overall the property was beautiful. Being directly located on the beach, made it a super easy walk through the sand to our chairs. The host texted everything and even called ahead of time to verify what we needed accessible for our stay. The private heated splash pool was smaller than what the pictures posted portrayed. Not a big deal for us being we were there to be on the beach and enjoy the ocean. Housekeeping was great with exception of the main floor area in living room and kitchen was dirty (not mopped good). Big plus was plenty of towels and washcloths for each bathroom. Nice supply of detergents, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and soap were provided. Overall a great stay and would recommend again. Just need housekeeping to clean the floors better.

That is not the level of cleanliness we expect from our housekeeping team, and we will address this with them to make sure those areas receive the attention they deserve. Amazing views and beach access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Frangista Bliss was very accommodating from the moment we booked our stay. They kept us well informed and were very responsive with any questions we had. Upon arrival our condo was clean and stocked with basic things like towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. With 16 people, we did run out of toilet paper and we didn’t have enough beach towels for each person but nothing a quick trip to the store couldn’t fix. The furniture was clean but the main living sofas were past their prime and well worn but fine for just a week of sitting on them. The splash pool was a lot smaller than we realized but with kids 9 and under it was perfect. The community pool is a short walk and very clean as well. The biggest perk of this place was the beach access. I don’t think I can stay anywhere else after having the beach just steps away. Will be staying with Frangista again!

In over 35 years of going to the Destin area i have never written a bad review, usually if there have been issues i just won’t address it. First, the location of this property was perfect, accessibility was perfect. Upon check in we discovered the property was NOT cleaned very well at all. The beds appeared to have been changed and items were put up, but that’s it. The floors were ALL dirty and without shoes your feet or socks were almost black. The plunge pool was in disrepair, wide cracks enough where our grandson would put his fingers where caulk used to be. We only used once. A repairman came out close to end of stay because it was leaking. Refrigerator on main level, the ice maker barely worked and hardly any shelves. The showers all had black mold in them and smelled, so did the ceilings in master bath. Main living furniture was dirty and needs to be cleaned. Dining chairs and table wobbly and in disrepair . We did a steak night our 2nd night and 10 minutes in the propane ran out, ruining a family dinner. We had to bring everything up and finish on the stove. When you spend this much on a family vacation (my grandsons first) you expect it to be a much higher end than what we found. I would not go back and stay at this property.

Mark, we are genuinely sorry about the issues you experienced during your stay and for the fact that we did not deliver the level of cleanliness and care you should have received. You are absolutely right to bring these concerns to our attention. While the housekeeper who has been dependable and has received high marks in previous reviews was scheduled to return to finish the cleaning and detail work, she did not show up. Regardless, it was our responsibility to make sure the home was properly cleaned and ready for you, and we take responsibility for that. We also should have made sure you had what you needed during your stay. We are always available to provide propane when needed, and we regret that we were not aware you needed it and did not have the opportunity to address it while you were there. Many of the issues you mentioned have already been addressed and taken care of. We sincerely appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and we are sorry that your experience did not meet the standards we expect for our guests.

Excellent Beach House

We loved the house, there was plenty of space. Every floor had a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we could possibly need. The people at Frangista Properties could not have been more helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Bliss on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on February 4th and departed on March 4th. The location with a board walk in each direction is just great. Hosted a Super Bowl party for some friends and had great pizza from Pascalli's.

Wonderful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Frangista Bliss has become a favorite vacation destination. Walking the beach every day, the spectacular views from the deck, and strolling along the boardwalk to Pascalli's were just a few of the highlights. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Didnt want to go home@

We had an amazing time. The property was fully stocked with the basic essentials. It was a little smaller than we thought it would be compared to the photos however, it was not a problem. The 3rd floor Master bedroom has a million dollar view! Hope to revisit soon.

Great Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stays in these townhomes on Frangista Beach every year in September. This rental was by far the best we have rented. The Rental Management company was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this property and the rental company. 5 stars!!

It was a great week in Destin!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great week at the beach in this rental! We enjoyed being able to just walk out our door and be at the beach, and we loved the great beach views from three levels inside the house! We had everything we needed, and the management company was very attentive and communicated well with us. We will definitely stay here again!
