Perfect for a couples weekend getaway. Right on the beach. We were on the 3rd floor so our view was spectacular. The unit was dated but it was perfect for what we needed. Would stay here again.

I love the location. It was right on the beach. I saw another reviewer saying it was dated, which is accurate, but not a dealbreaker. I think if they removed the carpet it would help. Heads up, you have to call and reserve the chairs that come with the property so make sure you do that as soon as you get there. Overall beautiful views and very peaceful.I’m not sure if all units are one bedroom but there’s only one parking space per unit and they are numbered. I only needed the one spot just letting people know.

The property has a great location for those interested in beach access, and the beautiful views that come along with having that. The property is dated, and this is a no frills type of condo. The property is fairly priced and we enjoyed our stay. We would book this one again.

Fall Break was Fantastic!

As always, fall break at Fort Walton was wonderful. The weather was simply beautiful and loved the quick access to the beach.

Was in town for business. Great little cozy condo, amazing view. Way better than some chain hotel.

A very clean, well maintained unit. Everything we needed for the two of us. The balcony was almost as good as being on the beach but at less than 300 steps from the door to the water's edge the beach was great too. The beach chair service was a very nice perk. We would love to return some day.

Overall a great experience

We enjoyed the property, although a little out dated. I would suggest adding a blanket to be used with the pull out couch. We had a great time and would rent again!

Anniversary Trip

We enjoyed our stay. I tried to reach the property manager several times because I had a grant due and needed to use the internet. They never returned call. But we loved the proximity to the water. Would stay again.

Needs improvements

Location was excellent. Needs major renovations and deep cleaned. There were stains all over the walls, dirt and grime caked in the light switches, shower was cracked, cabinets cracked. Needs new paint and furniture. Only 3 patio chairs and no table outside table.

Needs repairs

We found the condition to be a bit lacking. The sliding glass door would not open / close easy, the handle broke, and the blinds were broken/missing. The bathroom fan was very loud. The listing suggested 2 chairs and umbrella available, but none were found. We didn't need those but it would be disappointing for a guest planning to consider that feature. We loved the room/location otherwise.

I'll start with the good things. Comfortable bed. Nice bedding. Nice towels. AC worked great. Bad items. Carpet was extremely dirty and had a lot of stains. Carpet doesn't belong in a beach condo. Shower was nasty had stains and cracks in the shower wall. Shower curtain had mold. The flatware was joke. 3 forks. If you had 4 ppl you'd have to share a fork. 2 wine glasses and 2 bourbon glasses. Only 2 cheap dollar store chairs the balcony and you looked into the railing. There are stains and a dried bug in the bedroom. Room has no curtains glad my wife packed sleeping eye mask or we won't have slept due to all the light. Sliding door blinds missing have the shade. Loose toilet. Very very dated. Old Formica counter that is falling apart. Sofa is super dirty. I assume the owner of this place doesn't want repeat customers. If you like staying in a Frat House this is your place. Units 12 and 22 and 33 are very nice. They all said our unit was gross. Good location. Parking is really tight but expected. The brick walk way needs attention some missing bricks. Good ankle buster for sure. This owner needs to update and deep clean. Replace the nasty sliding door and front windows plus proper shades to block the heat of the day. Balcony needs power washed and pick up all the loose screws and nails from decking

Couches very uncomfortable. No chairs at all. Screen torn. Uncomfortable short deck chairs. Shower enclosures cracked and worn out. TV too small and audio no good. Very disappointed in channel selection. Towel bar falling off wall. Patio door could hardly be opened and closed. Track worn and rollers bad. Dip in livingwoom floor

Immediately upon entering we noticed a stong musty smell (beyond the normal ocean side smell) we also noticed the linens had hairs in them. Also toilet seat had hairs on it ans appeared it hadnt been cleaned. There were even hairs on the stove top and inside the fridge. We took pictures of everything and sent to property manager Immediately requesting a call back but only recieved messages. It was not until my wife had made a post on a local facebook page that an employee of the management company saw, that we recieved a call about our concerns. She was VERY helpful and We were refunded cleaning services fee and also was comped a dinner. One other issue we had was the beach service that was included. It was not clear who our beach service was with cause no chairs were setup for our building. Turns out they are with island princess next door. This was not made clear in the listing. Over all our issues got addressed but I would not stay at this particular location again.
