Charming home centrally located in the heart of Inlet Beach at the gateway to 30A. A short walk to 30Avenue, home to some of the areas best restaurants, shopping, live music and more. Walk through the pedestrian tunnel to Rosemary Beach and 1 mile from public beach accesses.

This neighborhood is home to full-time and part-time residence, so we ask that all guests be respectful of our neighbors. No parties and guests must abide by neighborhood pool and parking rules.

Wonderful stay!

The house was perfectly clean and comfortable for our family vacation. The location was convenient to the beach access, great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend this property and would repeat our stay here!

We had the most wonderful time at this rental! Highly recommend!! We brought our three kiddos (all 3 and under) and we enjoyed everything this property had to offer! It’s a beautiful, safe neighborhood, easy to walk to restaurants and everything in 30a. The home was super clean, and had everything (and more) than we needed. We even got to bring our large dog-she loved the fenced in yard and getting to come with us on walks daily. The owner was easy to connect with and very friendly. We can’t wait to come again!

So close to the beach!

The house had the perfect beach accessories to take with us. Also, the close restaurants Amigos and Amici were amazing delivery options.

This home is beautiful and it is the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed in. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to 30A. I got up and walked 5 miles every morning and never felt unsafe and had lots of options for good walking routes. The owner responded quickly to every message too! I’d rate this one 10/10!!!

We were here for a girls trip and all had nothing but great things to say about the house! The beds are easily the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. The host is more than accommodating. There is a high chair and changing table as well as a dog/baby gate at the top of the stairs. We even had something delivered to the locked mailbox and the host had it delivered to us within 30 minutes. Very responsive and extremely attentive. There were bikes and beach equipment as well which was so nice! We will be staying here again.

Spacious, luxurious, quiet, and the pictures do not do this house justice. Surpassed my expectations and the location was perfect, without being in the middle of busier 30A. Overall, a fantastic experience and would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

The search is over, this is the house to book!! Nestled in between a family of pine trees sits a home that not only boasts elegance, but a sweet coastal charm. The hosts have thought of everything when they furnished this home. It is a perfect getaway for new families, fur families, or empty nesters. The quiet neighborhood is a great escape after a day of taking in the sun and fun the 30A has to offer. You are just minutes away from everything, great shopping, dining, and beautiful beaches. The hosts provide beach chairs, towels, and a wagon, as well as some bikes to cruise around. This was the perfect ending to our summer!!!

Lovely stay at Inlet Beach

We had a relaxing stay at the property. It was clean, conveniently located, and well provisioned. Beds were heavenly! Nice to have the fenced back yard for our pups. We didn’t get to use the bikes or pool due to cool temps. Easy access to 30A shops, beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Spring Break Getaway

Very clean, fresh and updated home. Nice touches with the bicycles in the garage, beach supplies, and playhouse in the backyard for young kids. Owner Kalind was very easy to work with to make arrangements and adjustments as needed. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Spot!

Perfect location for a long weekend stay. Quiet neighborhood, house was located right across the street from the pool and was in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Beach was a very short ride away. Hosts responded quickly to any questions we had and were a pleasure to deal with. Property was immaculately maintained and spacious. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great stay for our extended family. House is conveniently located and is extremely clean and very comfortable. Worked very well for our extended family. We would have liked more info eg. location of tunnel / underpass to walk to Rosemary Beach. Also, bring with your own shower gel, shampoo etc as none is provided.

Wonderful Spring Break

The location is perfect! We were able to get to all the things both along 30A as well Panama City and Miramar with ease. We also really enjoyed a daily walk to Rosemary Beach. Although we spent most of our days out and about, house is welcoming and comfortable. The beds were better than most upscale hotels. All sorts of beach going accessories (bikes, chairs, beach towels) are provided. We really couldn’t ask for more.We appreciated the host. Very prompt responses and exceptional follow up.We are already looking forward to visiting again!

Nice, comfortable home in a good location.

Nice house that was comfortable for our family of four. Just a few minutes drive or short bike ride to public beach access and also close to restaurants. You can walk to 30 Avenue and a grocery store is very close. It was nice to have access to the neighborhood pool as well. The beds and pillows were comfy. The master closet has an air vent and is large enough for a travel crib (which was provided at the house) and also has a changing table. It was the perfect space for our baby. Our three old really liked the bunk bed room. The host was very responsive and helpful!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything our family needed and more. We loved the welcoming neighborhood, easy walk to the pool, and close access to restaurants/shops, grocery store, and all the beautiful beaches. We have two smaller children, so we did need to rent two bikes, but still made use of the bikes that the home provided.One tip we would like to suggest - is to provide directions to the underground tunnel. The tunnel allows easy access to cross a busy road, which is super helpful, especially if you have kiddos. We met some wonderful people who showed us where to find the tunnel, and used it the entire time!The host was wonderful - super responsive, very helpful, and incredibly accommodating!Extra pluses were the beach chairs, umbrellas, waterboards, beach toys, and wagon. We also loved the games that were provided in the house - so fun!Highly recommend this property — we would love to come back!!
