SEA-REST!! Relaxed 4br 4ba home, POOL and close to the BEACH!

Welcome to Sea Rest, a quaint one level Florida Cottage located on the Private quiet portion of Seacrest Beach. Please note the house is being renovated. there will be a bunch room where the last king room is now. two twin/full bunks will be there and the 5th room is now just storage. There will be 1 king. 2 queens and 1 bunk room.

Our home is nestled in a quite part of Seacrest where you can enjoy a walk around the beautiful neighborhood or a cat nap on the porch. You can also go for a swim in the 12,000 sqft pool! This is the largest pool on 30A and one of the largest in the state of Florida. Next to the pool is a large grassy amphitheater- home to concerts, movies, sports, and weddings. Head to the adjacent Village of South Walton, where restaurants, shops, and bike rentals are available to make memories with the whole family. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

Pull right up and enjoy.. No running up and down steps your entire vacation or waiting on the elevator.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bath. Two bedrooms have king size beds and two have queen size beds. The back of the house faces the preserve offering a private & quiet setting. 10 ft ceilings throughout and a cathedral ceiling in the living room finished in oak.

Features include a 60' LED TV with surround sound above the stone fireplace and Blue Ray DVD, granite countertops in the galley kitchen and stainless appliances. Full size ice maker in kitchen for your trips to the beach. Hugh community pool is 2 minute walk and beach is 5 minute free tram ride from the front door.

Bedrooms have transom style windows and carpet. Baths are all ceramic tile and granite counter tops. Two bathrooms feature large walk in showers.

Seacrest features tons of amenities and the largest pool in NW FLA only heated by the sun. and sits directly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and all of it's amenities.

We provide all linens and bath towels, guest to provide own beach towels

No Pets, No smoking, Must be 25 or older to reserve.

Guests are responsible for any cancelations or requests to cancel. Under no circumstances will we, Soft Shores Vacation Rentals LLC, initiate a cancelation or process a request to cancel a reservation. The guest is responsible to 100% cancel their own reservation if they wish to receive their proper refund.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING HURRICANE SEASON BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER.

Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Quiet street (except for one night Security was alerting people to a bear spotted behind the house...it was fine and the kids enjoyed the excitement). Right across from B6 tram stop which was convenient. The pool is amazing and the pool bar/café serves good food and drinks, both for adults and kids. Easy access to beach via tram. Would stay here again.

Great house! Kitchen equipped with all the needs for cooking and coffee! Owners are great! Easy to communicate with and work with. Perfect location for pool and beach access. Check-in super simple! Definitely would stay there again!

The home was as described and as shown in the photos. It was nice that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The dining area was large enough to seat all seven in our family. The home is located on a cul-de-sac which was nice and quiet and is a short walk to the pool.We have stayed in this community at least five times and enjoy being able to walk to the Sunday Market and visit the local shops and the State Parks that are very close. We find the park beaches less crowed.You can't go wrong staying in Seacrest!

Overall a decent place with multiple bedrooms/ bathrooms. The place is showing its age in carpet / tile / mattresses comfort. We experienced several bugs inside house - we did not contact the house manager regarding bug concern. House manager took care of concerns we had, but we did not want to continue bringing up concerns. My star value would be a 3.5 if allowed to rate half star.

Beach Vibes

The house was very roomy for our group of 10. The private beach access was nice but the beach was overly crowded so we chose to hit up surrounding beaches. The pool is very nice and big, nice family friendly community. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

Great value

This house was a fantastic value for our family of 5. Some minor maintenance issues were addressed quickly. Highly recommend!

Tired house that needs updating

This home needs a lot of updating. Be prepared to have to go to Walmart/Target to get a lot for your stay as very little is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hangers) If you go in the colder season be prepared to go buy additional blankets. They only provide very thin coverlets on the beds and there are no extra blankets. The house got very cold and when we put on the heat.. the breaker tripped which turned the hot water heater off. Someone had to come fix that but the water never got hot again.. just like warm. Furniture is also very old and run down.

Annual Family Vacation

We celebrate my late wife’s birthday every year in Florida which was her favorite place. This is the first year we rented here and it was great. My friends were here the first week and my whole family the second week. Both weeks were absolutely great. Lots of room for my children and grandchildren. The screened in patio was the family gathering point every night. Close enough to all the amenities but also private enough where it was very quiet in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay !

Great house in a perfect location ! Would stay in this home again or would be happy to work with Ryan, property manager, knowing he is extremely responsive to questions and showed he manages well maintained properties. There is a tram stop about 10 ft from the front door that will take you to the beach or anywhere in the neighborhood. The entire area felt extremely safe and well taken care of. Was very impressed with several of the staff at the pool, they ensure the pool area is kept clean and family friendly. The house itself was very clean and family friendly. Everyone had their own space and bathroom.

Family vacation

It was perfect. Such a great little community. Families and kids everywhere, everyone is so nice and it’s very quiet there. The house was perfect for our group - 4 adults. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom.

Sea Rest = relaxation and a little excitement

Plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms with nice spacious sectional in the living room and a dining area to fit all 10 of us. Great porch furniture in the front and screened in back. Kitchen was a little tight but the stand alone ice maker was a favorite of everyone. There is now a quicker online check in process for security and to get wristbands that the property manager didn’t have in the emails but that security informed us about when we called on arrival- so much quicker than waiting endlessly like before. The location is right across from tram stop B6 which was very convenient. And now for the exciting part - apparently there is a black bear that now scavenges the area every evening looking for food. He tore apart our garbage twice and we had to clean up the mess. The kids (and adults) found the sightings quite fun - just be on the lookout in the evenings.

Awesome Rental!

We loved our week at Sea Rest! Perfect location on a dead end which was great for the kids to ride their bikes without worrying about all the traffic. Our 12- and 14-year-olds enjoyed the bunk room for their own room, giving them a quiet space to watch tv and hang out. Plenty of room for all 4 families to have own bathroom and space. Short walk to pool or beach. Don't feel like walking that far---there's always the tram! Great communication with Warren Beach Rentals through the whole rental process! Most importantly we felt very safe in our location with 5 kids from 2-14 years old. The pool area is amazing!! I like that there are attendants at the pool on site the entire time. They enforce the rules, all while being kind to the kids and adults. All were very friendly and made you feel like they actually cared about the kids. Would definitely rent this rental again and hope to in the future!!

Great house, great vacation

We loved being on one story, especially with little ones. Everything about the property was as advertised. We had a great time and we'd be thrilled to stay there again.

Perfect for the fall

We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and everything was very well communicated. Even being in the back of the neighborhood the walks to pool/beach we’re easy for our family. We didn’t utilize trams but they were running in November and ready to transport. The couch is a little small for a house that sleeps 10 and no other seating in living area but it was manageable. Carpet could stand to be replaced. Would stay again.

Loved the location

Not knowing what to expect we were pleasantly surprised with the community. Upon arrival we received our wrist bands for everybody over the age of 11. With those we were able to use the tram service that takes you to the beach and back and the community pool. The bunk room is off the back deck which at first we kind of felt uneasy but it worked out fine. The kids could like themselves into the room and we had a key to it. There should have been a door that went through the purple bathroom into the bunk room. All in all we loved the house, community and everything else that 30A has to offer. We can’t wait to come back

Bunk room cannot access main house at night

We took our adult children on vacation for the week. I can honestly say that we could not have used the bunk room for young children. You exit the main house and enter the bunk room off the screened porch. When doors are locked at night, the occupants of the bunk room are locked out of the main house and you are locked out of their deadbolted room. We did find a key to use, but this wouldn't be an option for young kids. The bedroom carpets and the tub jets were absolutely filthy, but the rest of the house was clean. Area is nice but crowded. The pool was closed for 2 days of our stay, which made the private beach unbearably crowded. It was worth the drive to public access. Overall, a good stay with our family by making the most of what we could control.

Perfect for what we needed

We needed a beach house near our family reunion location to give us enough beds/showers etc for our families. This location had a bathroom off of every single bedroom! It was great! The kitchen was well stocked except an electric can opener is something you might want to bring, but they have mechanical ones. The Washer and Dryer were great. There was a working TV in every bedroom. We only had a problem figuring out how to get the cable turned on on the main TV so that was the only thing that didn’t work. But it wasn’t a big deal at all. There was a beach tram pickup literally across the street. I loved not having to go up and down any stairs and the quiet area of the SeaCrest development. I would most definitely stay here again. Oh, but bring Bicycles if your group likes to ride.

The only issue we had was the back room with bunk beds stayed warm… we bought a box fan for the tweens to use..

Great house for a large family

We were in Panama for the softball World Series. The location was perfect to compete at the 3 area softball fields. Our stay was just like being at home. They had everything we needed in order to cook! Safe area with lots of amenities!!

Sea Rest Home

From beginning to end Warren Beach Rentals made our trip so easy and carefree. The home was the cleanest rental we’ve ever experienced. Appliances were all on point especially the dryer which sometimes can take hours to dry all of those towels. The furniture and decor made the few times we were indoors enjoyable. We will definitely rent again!

Seacrest is a very cool place where is remains quite but always has something to do. With Rosemary so close and the rest of 30a and its beauty, Seacrest finds its place at a perfect location to enjoy a relaxed spot where you aren't bombarded with cliché tourism venues.

Sea Rest house is a place where you feel like it is yours and can fully unwind. Nestled in a quite corner, it makes you want to nap on the porch until it is time to walk to dinner or go for another swim. Sea Rest is a home that you can feel like a friend or family, maybe even that you live here part of the year. You won't feel like a stranger in this home.
