The condo is clean and comfortable, and was perfect for our long weekend at the beach. Everything was wonderful, but our favorite parts were the incredible view of and proximity to the beach as well as the extremely comfortable bed in the master BR. We are already talking about coming back at the same time next year!

Place is wonderful and has everything that you would need. View is exceptional! Clean and enough space to relax. Interior design is very inviting. Beds are comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Parking is great. Access to beach is perfect. Overall great location to connect to Seaside or Rosemary Beach.

Just as pictured!

Great location. Beautiful view. Very clean. Just make sure to bring your things. No small starter pack for coffee (Keurig, dishwasher, detergent, hand soap, nothing) which was fine i just wish that had been more clear. They also had some beach chairs left in rental which we were able to borrow. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! We could come back!

Great condo, One Seagrove Place is great!

Loved our room, it was clean and had great patio furniture. The kitchen appointments were a bit sparse if you're into cooking. The One Seagrove Place property was SO WELL MAINTAINED. There was always someone cleaning or maintenance being done. The staff was very friendly. Can't rent chairs to be placed on the beach for you, you have to carry them out yourself - just FYI. Fine for us, but unusual in the area. Don't rent bikes until you get there - there is a QR code at check for cheap bikes that are already located on property. You can walk to a lot of great restaurants.

Seagrove 1504

The location and functionality of the property was great for myself and four other ladies. The check in process was sub-par. Both rooms had lights and fan that didn't work. Coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot. Alcohol bottle left behind curtain. We had to purchase light bulbs to put a light on the bathroom vanity. The fan and light didnt work in the other room, but a floor lamp was provided. I was most annoyed at not EVER receiving a code to check in and kept getting voicemail. We checked in an hour late trying to get the property manager to gain access to our condo. Unacceptable.

Needs improvement

The views and layout of the condo for us five women was Great! We really enjoyed the balcony. Getting checked in was so frustrating and the only person to actually try to help us was the front desk person who doesn't even make the reservations. I would call the number several times and get sent to voicemail. I was supposed to get a 'code' to get into our condo and it NEVER came to me, not the whole trip. It took 45 mins to an hour of my rental time with my friends to even gain access and it wasn't the way I was supposed to gain access, but the lady could sense my growing frustration. Upon getting settled in, finally, we found that the vanity light in the master bathroom didn't work. We had to take a lamp from the bedroom and buy a bulb so we could see in the mirror. And also, the Light/fan combo in the other bedroom didn't work, so we had a floor lamp with no fan. I thought that was the only issues and we moved on to the kitchen to find that the last person's coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot and alcohol containers were found under the large curtains in the living room. The accommodations of the facility were nice as far as the pool, chair rentals and beach access.

Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay in this condo on 30A. One Seagrove Place always is the best location for my husband and I to come stay. The front desk & security are always so kind and accommodating. We love the beach access and being able to have a balcony for mornings & evenings. This condo was well kept and had a nice faux fireplace which was perfect for the cool fall mornings. We will be back!
