"Just as advertised" is the highest compliment we can get, and a private bathroom for every bedroom is exactly why groups choose this home. Guests who appreciate that kind of comfort are who we built it for. Next Nashville trip, plan a longer stay: the game room and coffee on the balcony will be waiting. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

"Each room has its own bathroom" is the detail families tell us matters most, and it's exactly why the house is set up this way — nobody should spend a vacation morning waiting in a hallway. Lots of space is easy to advertise; space that actually works for a family is harder, so we're glad it did. Next Nashville trip, the ping-pong room and the fenced backyard will be here waiting. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

This home was incredible. Immaculate and well stocked to enjoy time with our children. Plenty of space and a private restroom for everyone. Tile work is perfect. Very close to the airport and a 10 min drive or 15 Uber to Broadway. We come to Nashville every year and highly reccomend this place.

Raymond - "immaculate and well stocked" is exactly how we want a family to find this house, so thank you for saying it. A private restroom for everyone and space for the kids to spread out is what the layout was built around, and the tile work got a shout-out we'll pass along. Guests who come back to Nashville every year and know the city well, like you, are who we set this house up for. Next trip, the hot tub after a day out and coffee on the balcony are waiting. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

You're right — check-in information shouldn't arrive last minute, and we're moving it earlier in the sequence so it lands well before travel day. Glad the property fit your needs perfectly and that the location worked for the events you came in for; that's exactly what we position this house for. Thank you for noting that questions got answered promptly, though we'd rather you hadn't needed to ask in the first place. Thank you for the 10/10 and for the honest note on the garage play room. You're right: in early September heat, a ping-pong room without airflow isn't a room anyone wants to use, and we're adding fans and cooling there so it earns its spot. Guests who notice what would make a space better, not just what's wrong, are exactly who we build for. Next visit, that room should be the first place your group heads after Broadway. — Day Drinking Properties Customer Service

Overall, this was a good stay and a good value for the price. The house was clean, and the location worked well for our trip. We had six friends staying together, and the house accommodated us well overall. Our main complaint was the lack of seating in the den/living area. With six adults staying in the house, there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for all of us to sit together and hang out, which was a little disappointing since that’s a big part of renting a house for a group trip. Adding another couch or a few comfortable chairs would make a big difference. With a little more seating in the main gathering space, this would be an even better option for groups visiting Nashville.

The property was excellent. Stocked with coffee which was nice. Good neighborhood and a lot of things close by. However, the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars, is that the property is not 5 minutes from Broadway. It is more like 18 to 25 minutes away defending on the traffic.
