Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay.
The house is recently renovated, spacious, and is furnished for any needs of a short or long term stay.
Though you will have plenty of options for fun in town or at the beach (just 2.5mil away), spending time inside will also be a blast with the open layout, featuring chef's kitchen.
Backyard is fully fenced off, private and boasts a large, extra deep pool (8ft), surrounded by mature trees for extra privacy and relaxation.

- GUEST AGE: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- PETS: No cat(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific host approval.
- NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: All guests shall abide by the host good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- NOISE: Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please observe quiet hours after 9 p.m. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
- SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $500.
- DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request or from your security deposit (if booked from other platforms). Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
- LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler’s expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
- MAILS & PACKAGES: We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
- EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT. Early check-in or late check-out may be available; additional charges may apply. If you do not vacate by check-out time (or late check-out time as agreed by the host), you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- POOL SAFETY: The pool is NOT fenced off. We do have a floating pool safety alarm system, however. By booking this reservation, you agree to the swimming pool waiver clauses as listed below.
- POOL MAINTENANCE: The pool is NOT caged. As a result, leaves and debris will fall in the pool between cleanings (occurs once a week). We do have a skimmer on site for guests to use if the leaves and debris get bad but fortunately the leaves don't impact the chemical balance of the pool, so the pool is safe for swimming. Thank you for understanding that there is nothing we can do to prevent the wind from blowing and the trees to drop leaves etc. A pool cleaning technician will be on a property once a week to clean and maintain the pool. During rainy season two visits may be required to maintain the proper level of chemicals in the water/clean pool from debris.
- LANDSCAPER: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.
- Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advanced should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.
Other things to note:
AS A CONDITION OF RENTING THIS PROPERTY GUEST AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE HOST FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURY TO THE PERSON OF THE GUEST AND TO ANY MEMBER OF HIS/HER PARTY INCLUDING ANY INVITEES RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER.
POOL LIABILITY WAIVER:
INHERENT RISK. The Guest acknowledges that the use of a pool and activities around the pool involves the potential risk of serious danger and bodily injury. The Guest further acknowledges that these risks may be the result of the actions or inactions of the Guest, their minor children, guests, or anyone else using or around the pool.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK. The Guest will use the pool at their own risk and assumes all risks of bodily injury resulting from or around the Pool located on the Premises. This assumption of risk extends to all Guests, their minor children, guests, or anyone else on the property.
RELEASE. The Guest releases the following parties from any loss or damage to property, physical injury, or death as a result of the pool and its use: the Landlord, their employees, heirs, and successors. This release extends to the injuries of any party, both directly and indirectly related to the use of and around said pool.
PRECAUTIONS. The Guest agrees to take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the pool. These precautions include, but are not limited to, locking any entrances to the pool when unsupervised by an adult. Any individual that is unable to swim independently is required to wear an appropriate life vest.
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE. The Guest agrees to properly inspect and maintain the pool and to ensure there are no defects that could result in injury to a party using or around said pool. This includes, but is not limited to, properly maintaining the chemicals and keeping the pool and pool area clean of debris and any potential obstructions.
REPAIRS. The Guest is required to notify the Host immediately if there is any defect or issue that requires repair. All repairs will be the responsibility of the Landlord, except for those repairs that are the result of the negligence of the Guest. Guest will be solely responsible for the cost of any damage they or their guests caused to the pool, equipment, or the surrounding area.
INDEMNIFICATION. The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any loss, damage, liability, attorneys’ fees, and costs that are the direct or indirect result of using said pool on the Premises.
UNSUPERVISED USE. The Guest acknowledges that the Host has no responsibility to supervise the use of the pool. It is solely the Guest’s responsibility to supervise any individuals using the pool. Individuals or children unable to swim are not allowed to use the pool unsupervised. An adult Guest must be present at all times.
PETS. Pets of any kind are not allowed in the swimming pool at any time.
VIOLATIONS. The Guest is in default of the Rental Agreement for any violation of this Waiver. Said violation may result in the suspension of pool use and/or eviction as outlined in the terms of the Rental Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW. This Waiver shall be governed by the law set forth in the Rental Agreement.
