El anuncio habla de 3 habitaciones y solo hay dos, más un espacio adosado a la cocina, con una cama, sin puerta ni espacio tan siquiera para dejar una maleta.La taza del WC se atrancó una noche y tardaron más de 12 horas en venir a solucionarlo. Un desastre para lo que se paga.

Great location

We stayed for two nights. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see in NYC (Central Park/zoo and Natural History Museum) and in a safe location. Good deal for a family of 6. Kitchen was new and clean.

Prima en compleet ingericht appartement om een bezoek te brengen aan NY. Positief: locatie, WiFi en multimedia, geen geluidsoverlast, goed ingerichte keuken als je zelf wilt koken, Minder positief: verouderd meubilair, voor langer verblijf graag meer handddoeken

Spring Break Trip

Tonya was amazing with communication. Apartment was spacious and clean when we arrived. Location was great for traveling all over Mahanttan and the subway entrances were super close! We had a blast!

Great location, plenty of space for a family

We spend 4 nights in this roomy (for NYC) apartment. Three bedrooms and an updated kitchen and bath in a great location made for a perfect NYC stay!

First Family NYC Trip

The location is top notch! Response and help was almost within minutes!!! With the other reviews we knew exactly what we were getting into so, there were no surprises. We had an awesome time! Some the best food is close by and the subway had very easy access. We would recommend and book again, just read the other reviews so you know what to expect. For us, it was awesome!!!!

Girls trip

Excellent for our needs . We really did not use the kitchen but enjoyed having the living room to decompress after a busy day

The apartment does not look like the photos on the website. Furniture is quite rundown and shabby. One of the bedrooms (attached to the kitchen!) does not have a door. Several small things were broken (lid on kitchen garbage can, knob on cook plate, bedroom window which was stuck slightly open, etc.) which wasn't a huge deal, but added to the overall rather dreary feeling. On the upside the location is fine, beds were comfortable and the shower was always warm with good water pressure. The biggest problem was that twice during our stay the power went out. First for 8 hours during the day and then for 11 hours during a very cold and dark night. The hosts were not a responsive as they could have been, but did provide a partial refund at least. Another reviewer had the same issue, so be prepared for that. Overall not a great experience. If I paid half the price I would not have worried about it so much, but for the week we were there it was VERY expensive.

Great location

This is a really great location to be able to access different sites in the city via walking or public transit. Also, some great restaurants and bars close by. The space is a good layout for a group of people with a common area, although one bedroom does not have a door. We did find a curtain that we were able to hang up. The pictures are not quite accurate, as the apartment and furniture is much more worn than in the photos. There are single pane windows, which makes for difficult temperature regulation and also a very loud sleeping environment. Unfortunately, the power went out in the building while we were there and we had to find other accommodations. The hosts were VERY responsive and did refund us, which we really appreciated.

Great base for exploring NYC

Convenient location close to the subway. We appreciated having a little space and a table in the apartment, but spent most of our time out. Being in the city that never sleeps it was fairly loud in the bedrooms at the front of the property but got used to it after the first night. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but that was no problem for us. Victoria was really communicative and it was easy to check into the property.

Wonderful week in NY

We had a great week at this place. The property offered the right space for our family of 5, had all the utilities we needed and was very clean. The location is very good for exploring Manhattan, with Central Park just a short walk away. The only slight downsides are that the building is old therefore the structure is a bit rundown. Also there is no central heating in the apartment which can be rather cold. It wasn’t a big problem for us as we had some great weather that week, but if going in Winter I would keep that in mind. There are a couple of electrical heaters but not enough to warm up every room properly. The communication was very efficient, fast and helpful. The check in and check out process was very easy. Thank you!

Exploring Manhattan

Great location for exploring Manhattan. Just a few blocks from Central Park and easy access to cafes/ deli/ subway. Apartment is clean and exactly as pictured. Some features a little dated but a great space for our family.

Amazing location, comfortable accommodations

Wonderful three room walk up right by Lex and 60th, many subway lines and easy access all around town. Two bedrooms in the front by the street for the kids and room in the back. Responsive hosts, nice appointment within the apartment. Highly recommend.

This property was nothing like the pictures depicted. It was stark, extremely uninviting, shabby, not clean. The bare coffee table had extreme discoloration, large scratches. The dining room chairs were very stained with large tears in the fabric. The futon bed and the living room when opened, had so much debris, crumbs etc from not having been vacuumed in a very, very long time. The photos depicted showed decorative touches with some photos featuring some of the decorative touches, and none of those items were in the unit. Again, it was extremely uninviting and quite dreary. We were very disappointed.

Excellent location! Wonderful Stay!

Our family of six loved staying at this apartment. The location was excellent - right next to a subway station. We easily found places to eat around the apartment. We would stay at this apartment again! The manager was very informative and responsive!

The location is excellent and the space is perfect, especially if you have more than 2 people. A few things to be aware of that aren’t in the listing is that it is a 3rd floor walk up with steep, narrow stairs and the two main bedrooms are street facing and it’s loud all night. The back bedroom is quieter but it is off the kitchen with no door and a double bed.
