Beautiful view of the beach, very clean and nicely decorated. Quick access to the beach, restaurants and souvenirs. Also, texting with the management team was very helpful for quick questions, and once when the elevator wasn’t working, which was quickly resolved. We felt very comfortable and safe.

Great family memories! Awesome experience!

Excellent location! everything by a walking distance, Great family times with my wife and kids, will definitely return, kids were amazed by the view.. felt just like our little home for a week at the beach. Easy to access to all kind of entertainment and food.

This is one of the best stays we have had on 30A condo was clean by all standards that you could have. Staff was great and attended to any issues we had very promptly. We will stay here again and already planning to do so. Well Done

Perfect for a quick trip!

Love this condo for a quick business trip! Right in the middle of 30a. It's perfect for a single person or couple, just perfect! Amazing water views from balcony and beautiful at night -lots of nightlife options and great food options steps away!

clean and communicative!

We had a great stay in Gulf Place with clear communication before, during, and after our trip regarding check in/out, local fare, and facility amenities. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Diamond Gulf Rentals and plan to use again soon!

Enjoyed the condo that is right in the middle of all the movement across from Shunk Gulley in Santa Rosa Beach and very easy access to Ed Walline Regional Beach Access. The management company communicated very well and responded quickly. One note is that the restaurant down below had live music every evening (in July) and a couple of church services early Sunday morning. The music was good so it did not bother us though.
