The entire home is accessible to guests, except for one locked hospitality closet containing our cleaning and restocking supplies. Furthermore, the two sheds in the backyard are off-limits to guests as they are secured with locks. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.

Parking at the property is available via the driveway paired with a carport. There's also free street parking in front of the home and a paved walkway leading up to the front door.

The bathroom window is equipped with shades, while the remaining windows throughout the house have curtains. However, the two kitchen windows do not have shades or curtains.

Please Note: Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited and considered trespassing. A $250 fee applies for unregistered guests or exceeding max occupancy. No parties, events, or gatherings allowed—violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please ensure your guest count is accurate and let us know of any changes.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We allow up to two (2) dogs per stay for a one-time $50.00 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.
We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation.

Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

The $250 deposit is a hold on your card and it will only be charged in the instance there are accidentals/damages that occurred during your stay and discovered after your departure with your acceptance of the additional money request. Airbnb handles the payment processing for us and will become involved if the request is declined.
