Welcome to our cozy camper rental nestled in the scenic Rogers Bay Family Campground, located in oicturesque North Topsail Beach. Perfect for those seeking a memorable seaside getaway, our charming camper offers all the comforts of home amidst the natural beauty of this coastal paradise. The camper has 3 beds, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and also an outside kitchen with a grill and patio with four chairs. The campground has a pool, laundry room, three bath houses and a playground.

• Everything looked great, clean, just as pictured. Upon arrival there was a little notebook with arrival and departure instructions and I knew there would be a few things we might not be aware of with it being an RV and we have never stayed in an RV before so I was prepared to do some things differently. However in the notebook the owner states "not to flush toilet paper, tampons or any other objects in the toilet." And to throw all toilet paper in the trash can. So I reached out to verify because that's disgusting and unsanitary. I thought maybe we would need to buy specific toilet paper. So right off I did not like that. We talked back and forth and she finally said " fine go ahead and flush it then" it was irritating so I contacted VRBO support and we got it figured out. I just feel as though she should have disclosed this before we booked, if she had i would not have booked it. • There was no broom to sweep with just a swiffer mop with no refill to put on it. tried to buy one but all the stores were out.• The outside patio area was a nice little set up. With privacy. • Has an outdoor mini kitchen setup• Beds- not great queen bed was a rock, other 2 were ok.• Air-conditioning fabulous • Tv got a few channels maybe 5 had to connect our phones to the TV which is what the host recommended.• Inside kitchen great set-up everything u need.• The bathroom is big for an RV I was surprised. • The host was very responsive & nice

A cozy camper

The title says it all. This was a cozy camper at the beach. We parked out car within a short 2 minute walk to the camper, close to the pool and the beach bums bar and grill. We could walk to the beach in just a few minutes and the location was great! The camper was comfortable for our family and would certainly consider doing it again. The owner was responsive to all requests and very accommodating.

Great Camper

Anita was a great host. Her communication was perfect and the instructions she left for how to use the camper were great. Excellent location right across the street from the beach. I would definitely recommend this camper. Our family of 4 was very comfortable.

Cozy camper

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy camper. The down side is you cannot park your car near the camper. It’s a very long walk especially with a toddler. And you cannot fold up the pull out bed. But the property was very clean and the shower is much larger than normal camper showers. Easy beach access and great communication with the host.

I honestly don’t know where to start. The pics don’t coincide with what u get, the couch/bed was in such bad shape that you couldn’t even close it into a sofa. Little scraps of material over nasty dining area. So many don’t do this notes taped all around the camper. And you have to park almost a mile from the camper because her other trailer is almost on top of this one she rents. My twin great nieces could barely move around much less us adults. The a/c worked which was great. It was not at all what we expected. I know she’s a lawyer and heard from many of the neighbors she knows what she can post and get away with. Fellow vacationers: be honest with reviews!!!! It really helps others..

The guest complained only about the peeling sofa bed which is now removed. Previous guests have peeled off the fauc leather. The pictures were taken in May 2023 by me with my own cell phone and they are accurate. The parking is not a mile away. It is less than a quarter of a mile and right across from the public beach access which is vert convenient for the guests since they don't have to pay for beach parking. The location of my other camper and my primary profession is irrelevant.

We had wonderful stay at the RV! The host was friendly and responsive. The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. The A/C worked great! The short walk to the beach was pleasant and very doable! The restaurant and pool and cute surf shop on site were a major bonus!

Five stars all day. This was my 2nd stay here and Aneta is a wonderful host. This camper is absolutely perfect. Privacy outdoor patio grilling area and just 10min or less walk to the beach. Such a relaxing setup.

These guests wanted to cancel the reservation about a month before the check-in date because they stated they have heard some "unsavory things" about the campground. According to the cancelation policy, they would have received 50% refund. Upon check-in they made up other complaints with the hope to receive 100% refund and they threatened to post a negative review if I don't agree to the refund. I didn’t agree and as a result they posted a one-star review.
