The condo was absolutely wonderful. Floor to ceiling gulf views that are unobstructed. We will definitely be staying here again and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Longbeach stay

Panhandle Getaways were awesome in communicating with us. We had a fabulous stay and the unit was super clean and had everything we needed. Due to the hurricane coming our way, we did leave a day early and Panhandle communicating with updates daily. Will definitely stay with them again.

The condo was fairly clean, but one closet was so full of clutter that it was unusable. It had ceiling tiles, 2 fans, 2 beach chairs, many beach toys, and an air mattress to name a few items. The door code we were given did not work. The "contact us" method we were given sent a text to Panhandle Getaways that logged a repair ticket, but did nothing to put us in contact with a person. I called the number, but was put on hold 10 minutes. It took 20 minutes to access the room once we arrived. We paid for 2 parking tickets, but only one was provided, This required another call to Panhandle Getaways for resolution. The kitchen had zero dish clothes/towels. We had to buy a few at Walmart. Thankfully, the weather was beautiful so we could enjoy the beach. However, Panhandle Getaways needs to up their game. We will never use them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you were able to enjoy the beautiful weather and time at the beach, but we’re sorry that other aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We understand how important a smooth check-in and responsive communication are, especially after a day of traveling. We appreciate you bringing the door access, parking passes, closet storage, and missing kitchen towels to our attention. Kitchen towels are normally provided, and our team is happy to deliver missing essentials when notified during a stay. Your comments regarding the property and communication experience have been shared with our team for review so we can address these concerns and improve the experience for future guests. Labor stay visit

Our stay was just what we expected. We have stayed at lomg beach resort several times. Its the place to stay. Beachfront rooms, easy access, close to a nice restaurant, (Pimeapple Willie's). All was good until a maintenance guy shows up to fix a toilet and busted the wax seal before the last night. Making that toilet inoperable. All

The room was nice but floors were filthy, had to call to get a broom & dust pan which they brought quickly…called about tvs not working never did get fixed. Knew about construction but it was said the 2 smaller pools would be closed while there but the main pool would be open but half of it was roped off, found out it’s been like that for a month and a half before we arrived, disappointing. Should have been notified before we arrived. Couple of tips for owners ,instructions on how to work tvs, a safety bar for tub/shower, it’s a big step in and it can be slippery. Something so simple as some window cleaner would be nice to supply .

Thank you for your review, Connie. We’re glad to hear you found the room itself nice and that our team was able to quickly provide what you needed for the floors, though we regret the additional concerns you experienced. Resort amenities and construction are managed by the property association, and while these are outside of our direct control, we understand how disappointing it must have been not to have full pool access during your stay. Your thoughtful suggestions regarding TV instructions, safety features, and small household supplies have been shared with our team for consideration. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity it gives us to improve.
