I love how explicit your descriptions are, it really gives someone who has never been here a clear picture of what to expect. I am so happy your husbands birthday vacation was a success. Even with the one hiccup of the threat of a hurricane and the electricity going out it sounds like you had a great time. I really appreciate your flexibility and the willingness to go to plan B. We would have had a good time if we had had to go to plan B and spend time at my place in the jungle but I am glad you got to spend your last two nights at the beach. Aloha Chris, Mahalo for your review. I am so sorry the enjoyment of your stay was interupted due to the visitation of the cockroach. We have had an extensive pest control treatment done so this won't be a problem for my guests in the future. The airconditioner was also attended to. I stayed at the condo just to be sure all things were working well and didn't have any visitations from any tropical critters. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip on Maui. Aloha, Jeanne
