Aventura er en nyligt renoveret strandpromenade, der har 3 soveværelser og 3 badeværelser - soveværelse har en dronning seng og bad, det andet soveværelse har to enkeltsenge. Det tredje soveværelse har en queensize seng, egen indgang og privat bad. Det fuldt udstyrede køkken indeholder en kaffemaskine, blender, mikroovn og brødrister. I stuen er der en sovesofa med dronning og en pejs (medbring eget træ eller ildstamme). Andre faciliteter inkluderer WiFi internet og Vonage telefonservice, central A / C, satellit-tv, indbygget kul grill, en strand gårdhave med møbler og to bil garage. The location is terrific. The unit is in desperate need of furniture in the living room.

Great place! Very clean and great location. Beach at your backdoor. However, since it was our first time here, it was very hard to get the keys and find the place. Loved it was pet friendly!!

The rooms were perfect. Clean and very spacious. The beach is right out the door. Very pet friendly. Enjoyed nights on the porch. Plenty of room in the garage. Felt very safe and secure.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome. We had 5 people and had plenty of space. It was so nice that we had 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen had most things you need and they had beach towels! Beds are comfortable, fans aren’t squeaky (I’m crazy about fans :) ) the beach is right out the back door and mannys was super close. Definitely recommend and I will be staying here again for sure.

We also had a few lights not working and Oceano came on Monday and fixed the problem. The sliding glass door is a big issue! It needs yo be replaced!! The curtains in the living room are discusting!Over all we really like the condo and the location is ghe best in RP!!See you next year!

It’s a pretty small clean house by the beach. I didn’t gave 5 stars because one of the bathrooms faucets was broken and it seems it has been like that for a long time. Also, the pans for cooking are in very bad shape. However, the view of the beach is mesmerizing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the cleaning crew had left the AC way too low, which caused the pipes to freeze slowly ,so the ac stopped working. No towels either. When we called the manager was condescending and rude , made me feel like we have done it. We come from Arizona believe me we know how to use the Ac ,who wants to go on vacation to be hot ! Plus this is our 3rd stay and we never had issue before.Not even an apology! Love the property management has to go!
