The space is perfect for families, groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to eight (8) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, utensils and cookware. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy that morning breeze.

Featuring an open floor plan, the penthouse offers a dining table with seating for 6 people that opens to the living area.

An amazing feature that is rare in New York! The private rooftop offers a scene like no other! A true million dollar view. You have exclusive access to the rooftop space plus the outdoor furniture!



PARKING

There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

•The penthouse comes with two 60 inch flat screen Smart TV's for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, in-unit washer and dryer.

SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES

Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment!



DISCLAIMER

Pest Control Notice: Routine preventive pest control is scheduled every other Wednesday between 11 AM and 4 PM and takes approximately 5 minutes per room. Staff access may be required during your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have sole use of the penthouse during the stay. This includes exclusive access to the private rooftop.



The Neighborhood:

The Upper East Side is renowned for being one of the most posh neighborhoods in New York City. Stroll through Central Museum, visit Museum Mile, and explore the countless local restaurants and specialty boutiques.



Enjoy dinner steps away at delicious restaurants such as Sushi Seki, and grab dessert at the famous Magnolia Bakery on your way home!



Getting Around:

Conveniently located very close (about 5 min walk) to the 59th St and Lexington Ave., plus Q, F, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 train lines - making your commute anywhere in the city a breeze!

• We have Smart TV with basic cable only. There are streaming apps available however, please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
