Really nice condo, clean and well maintained, well equipped kitchen, and right next to a beach access! Also close to several local restaurants and shops in the heart of IRB, which is awesome! The balcony doesn't have a beach view, but the affordable rate (compared to other rentals right on the beach) more than makes up for that. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing beach getaway.

Always excellent

Whenever I visit IRB I stay here. It's always clean, cozy, and comfortable. It has everything I need. The updated bathroom in the master is amazing.I love it so much. This place is steps from the beach which I love. We were thrilled to be able to use beach chairs and the beach umbrella. Beachside villas 204B is is right on the trolley line, so you can take a sweet little bus to places like John's Pass which we did. I just can't say enough. Good things about this rental property. Indian Rocks Beach Beachside Villas 204B

Our family had a great weekend at this home in IRB. Close to the beach, easy parking, comfortable beds and plenty of space for everyone. It has everything you need to be comfortable while away from home! We liked it so much, we just flew home 2 days ago and we are already booked for our next vacation!

Had A great time!

I had the best time staying here! There were only two things that need work, one of them is the fridge. It makes a rattling noise that goes on for a while. Dryer takes a long time to dry the towels, took longer to do towels. Other than those two things I had a very relaxing time.

Very noisy

Living room kitchen area is clean and spacious. The bedrooms are so close to Gulf Blvd that the road traffic noise is horrific. It will keep you from getting a good nights sleep. An investment in hurricane windows and sound proofing would make a huge difference

Our property is located along Gulf Blvd, which offers fantastic proximity to the beach and local attractions. Noise levels can vary depending on individual sensitivity and time of year, and while some guests mention it, most have not found it to impact their stay at all. We value your feedback and will take your suggestions into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience. Thank you for staying with us
