We’ve provided a selection of essential supplies to help make your arrival comfortable and convenient. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, laundry detergent pods& dishwasher pods. These items are provided as a starter supply, so if you need additional quantities during your stay, you may need to replenish them.

Parking:
Park with ease in your two FREE assigned parking spaces. 1 covered and 1 open. Additional public parking is located next door at 15th Ave beach access. Please note that there is one flight of stairs from the parking garage to the unit, as there is no elevator.

Guest Access:
You’ll receive detailed check-in instructions, including your personalized door code, 48 hours before your arrival. We’ll provide everything you need to make your check-in easy, smooth, and completely hassle-free!. Ring doorbell for extra security.

Also steps from the door is the 15th Ave Trolley stop which gives you quick and easy access to all of Gulf Blvd or a easy day trip to Clearwater beach.

With 2.7 miles of beautiful white-sand beaches, Indian Rocks Beach is the perfect place to spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming in the Gulf, searching for seashells, or enjoying an unforgettable sunset. When you’re ready to explore beyond the beach, Just two blocks away, you’ll find Kolb Park, a great spot for everyone to enjoy some outdoor fun. The park offers free access to tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, along with a children’s playground, skate park, and baseball field. Venture further to discover the endless activities offered in Clearwater, St. Pete Beach & Tampa.
