Sleeps 17 people comfortably, has a full size swimming pool, huge open upstairs living space, and top of the line linens and furnishings. Walking distance to Restaurants and corner store.

Guest access
Guests do not have access to the garage, there are 2 locked owners closets, but all other places are accessible to guests
Other things to note

There will be an additional $250 cleaning service fee in the event of violation of rules that requires extra cleaning. Fee will be requested thru and will be deducted from deposit.

Missing or damage towels price:
* 20 Bath towels on site - $20 replacement
* 1 Hand towel per bathroom sink- $10 each replacement
* 20 Face towels - $5 each replacement

All concerns & damages need to be report by end of day 1 after arrival. Concerns & damages pictures need to be upload onto communication thread.

***The house will have the following items for your convenience to start only: dish soap, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, trash bags, individual size: shampoo, conditioner & bath bars. Toilet paper with 1 extra roll for ea bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels & trash liners. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO BRING EXTRA FOR YOUR USAGE!

All basic pots, pans, dishes, utensils, mop & broom are available on site.

PACK-N-PLAY is available upon request while supply last.

Due to COVID we do not supply any condiment, cooking oil, coffee filter etc...please suplly your own.
