Wake up to marvellous views of the world-famous Palm Jumeirah and the azure waters of the Persian Gulf right by your window. My studio unit offers 5-hotel amenities with direct access to the Nakheel Mall from the building.

The main studio is well-pointed and immaculately furnished with a king-size bed lined in hotel quality lines and a sizeable wide-screen TV with built-in streaming services. Perfect for relaxing after a long day of enjoying Palm Jumeirah and nearby areas like Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai, which are only a short drive away from the property.

The open-plan kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. The large dining table by the window has comfortable seating and is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee, or do computer work for those who self-identify as 'digital nomads'.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Atlantis is 5 minutes away by Tram from Nakheel Mall.
Downtown Dubai and DXB Airport are 25 minutes by car.
Burj Al Arab is 13 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 21 minutes away by car.
Dubai Marina is 12 minutes away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
