Superb 3BR Apartment Near Beach in Palm Jumeirah!

Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on, on the Palm Jumeirah. With sandy beaches and lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport, the apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The Palm Mall is opposite this apartment as well as a park.

Our charming 3 bedroom apartment is located on the 5th floor so those who are scared of heights need not to worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, the apartment itself has a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!). There is also free WIFI so sprawl out on the sofa and check those emails or upload your pictures of the day to your favourite social media accounts.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee.

There is private car parking space and the nearest shops are in the Nakheel Mall, which even has a cinema. This is located right opposite you, so very easy to get to. There are lots of options to dine in on the beaches. We recommend Club Vista Mare (licensed restaurants with a minimum spend to enjoy the beach facilities) or Riva beach club, with pool and beach access,

The nearest public transport is the Palm Metro which is 5/10 min walk through a lovely park. This connects you to the rest of the City.

For other Beach/pool access: Club Vista Mare is the closest location. 7 bars and restaurants located in front of the apartment with private beaches. When you buy food and beverage (minimum spend), you get full beach access and use of sun lounges for free. Hotels also offer the same. Please make your own enquires for the prices.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai is famous for its soaring skyline – and that’s not the only feat of engineering to capture the world’s imagination. Built from reclaimed land in a series of artificial archipelagos, Palm Jumeirah is shaped like a palm tree when viewed from above.

The unique island is home to some of Dubai's top luxury resorts, including Atlantis, The Palm, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, One&Only The Palm and many more. There are fantastic fine dining options, such as Nobu and 101 Dining Lounge, and more than 80 restaurants, lounges and other attractions at The Pointe, located along a scenic promenade at the tip of The Palm.

Palm Jumeirah location and transport
Access is easy, with a network of roads, tunnels and public transport options such as the Palm Monorail. The rail service includes a free car park at the base of the Palm and offers stops at Atlantis, The Palm and Nakheel Mall.

Sailing around Palm Jumeirah in a yacht or speedboat is a popular option, with many private touring companies to choose from. Alternatively, you can admire the boats from Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, while thrill-seekers can also take to the skies with Skydive Dubai.

For a laidback evening, check out Club Vista Mare – a series of restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Options include signature comfort food at Breeze Beach Grill and fresh seafood with an Arabic twist at Ibn AlBahr. All restaurants offer views of the Arabian Gulf, Dubai skyline and majestic Burj Al Arab.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and of course Uber if your prefer.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
