Cabin was clean and all amenities were there. Host was extremely amenable to requests for partial refund due to weather/inaccessibility of property on first day. I would strongly recommend property to friends/relatives and would stay there again,

Our family of 4 had a great stay and are sad that we couldn’t stay longer. Slept better on their king size bed than I do in mine at home. Perfect space and loved the layout. Property was nice and spacious! Great place to reconnect with nature. Would love to stay here again!

Super relaxing and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the East Verde stream and not far to the Water Wheel. The yard was nicely fenced which was great for our dogs! The cabin is cozy and nicely appointed! We’d definitely stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here and our dog also loved it! It was nice and clean (probably the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in), the girls said it was their favorite cabin they have stayed in and asked to go back. They had plenty of toys and games, laundry detergent and a nice fire pit and bbq! It was also nice to have coffee. It was nice that the garden was fully fenced off so our dog had plenty of space to run around. The host was easy to contact when I accidentally put the wrong door code in. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and it was nice to be so close to the forest trails. Highly recommend this place! Thank you :-)

Trout Creek Cabin was a wonderful place to stay. Loved the cabin and the front porch. I enjoyed reading about the history of Beaver Valley also. What a history it has. The house is in a tiny community but close to Payson without knowing how close you really are. Rim Country Bbq even delivered to the cabin. The yard was fenced in and perfect for our dog. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing. We enjoyed the lights around the yard in the evening. Our host was always available and prompt if needed. We hated to leave. If we’re ever back near Payson again, this will be our go to spot. I highly recommend staying at Trout Creek.

We had a lovely stay at the cabin and loved the fenced in yard for our pup. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the front porch provides a nice private area to relax with plenty of seating and shrubs blocking the view of the road. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials you need for cooking and making coffee. I really appreciated the well lit bathroom which is hard to come by! You can walk to the river located in the community and hang out in the stream which is also relaxing. The hosts are very prompt when messaging them. We wouldn't hesitate to go back again as it was a much needed reset!

The cabin was beautiful & so was the scenery. The property was pet friendly. We enjoyed the birthday we went there for. The property had all that was needed. The couch bed wasn’t comfortable with the metal bar on the back & the air conditioner wasn’t in the whole cabin with very hot days. We enjoyed the outside seating & view. The host was available to us & the WiFi worked great.

Great cabin. Just as advertised. The proximity to the water was great. We had a nice time fishing off the bank. My son caught his 1st fish. The cabin had everything we needed. We did need to refill a propane tank as they were low but no biggy. Would definitely rent this property again in the future.
