We were so excited for our multi family spring break vacation however once we checked in we were quickly disappointed.1. We were given notification of early check-in however, the house was NOT clean. Sand still on the floors, blood stained couch, and toys and sand by the pool from the previous stay. Lamp shades were stained, all the furniture was grungy and dirty. A vase on the TV stand had some sort of nasty food or blood on it. Curtains and cloth bed(s)/frames also dirty and or had holes from wear and tear. 2. Top floor balcony had loose railing (we had 8 small children in the house.) we were told not to use it. 3. Freezer had issues staying sealed, we had three breastfeeding mommas. They did bring another fridge after we made calls to management and the hateful maintenance man couldn’t fix it. The maintenance man suggested we put a cooler in-front of the door to keep it sealed.4. When we ran the washer it leaked from the ceiling in the kitchen floor. 5. Floors were too rough to put the babies down to play on. The floors we suffer, scratched and very worn. Bathroom tile chipped and cracked. Walls missing chunks, chipped paint. Stairs are VERY steep, not ideal for little children. 6. Elevator doors locked and we’re not available to use. You have to carry all your luggage up 3 flights of stairs to get to the top floor. 7. This listing is for a HOUSE, this is NOT a house it’s a condo. You don’t get the whole floor of the house pictures just half.
