Sheep Mountain 20B is a picturesque 2BR/2BA condo boasting spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. Relax against a scenic mountain backdrop, with Mary’s Lake just a short walk away when you want to head down to the shoreline.

The open living area features an comfy sofa, gas fireplace, Roku TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep.

The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.

The master suite offers a king bed, TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a king bed, TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a large jetted bathtub/shower combo.

Enjoy more mountain views from the deck with a private hot tub. With central AC to keep everything cool in the summer and a gas fireplace to keep warm in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

What to be aware of:

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.

Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
