It is a very good property to rent from, worth the price....if everything was working. Bathtub drains unless jets are on, jets cannot be changed from full blast. Hot tub lights do not work either. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay immensely! Host was great and communicated well. Parking is good, even if there aren't assigned there are enough for each unit. The rooms were clean and orderly!

Thank you for your review and for highlighting that our property is a very good rental, worth the price, and exceptionally clean. We are glad you enjoyed the great communication, parking, and orderly rooms, and that you otherwise enjoyed your stay immensely. We were surprised to see a two-star deduction for the hot tub lights and the bathtub jet issue, especially since our team is always on standby to handle maintenance immediately. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have gladly sent someone to fix these issues the very same day to ensure your experience was completely perfect. We always appreciate constructive feedback and have already passed these items along to our maintenance crew so they are resolved for future guests. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us!

Thank you for your review, Joe! We are glad you liked the condo and the beautiful location! The views are amazing. Thanks for your feedback! Yes, this condo has an efficiency kitchen, so like the listing states, it does have a mini fridge. I am sorry you had trouble with the hot tub cover. I will have our maintenance team check that. You can always call us anytime you are here and having an issue. We do have an after hours emergency line for all of our guests, as well. park visit

Perfect size for 2 adults. Close to everything we wanted to do. Hottub cover needs attention, very hard to put back on (middle seam is separating on cover and the flip back mechanism nearly impossible for 1 person to operate in it’s current condition).

Almost 5 Stars

Great location with mountain views. Peaceful and quiet. Very clean. Minutes to RMNP entrance, great restaurants and downtown Estes. Large bathroom was nice. I would not stay in this particular unit again though, because the bed dipped significantly towards the middle and was very uncomfortable. A new mattress would elevate this rental from 4 stars to 5.

Great location...just a couple minutes from downtown Estes one way and the entrance to RMNP the other way. Check-in process was very easy. King size bed was very comfortable with very nice pillows. Nice bathroom with huge whirpool tub and double-sink vanity made getting ready for the day for 2 people effortless. Ceiling fans in living room & bedroom worked well. We didn't have time to use the hot tub. Lots of spices, coffee for the 12-cup pot, range top, microwave and dorm-size frig were a plus. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

October Stay

Overall renting the property was easy. Few things noticed, only 1 hanger within two closets - unable to hang heavy coats we brought. The bed has dips within and you can definitely feel the pillows are worn.

Thank you for your review and comments. We apologize that you had only one hanger. Did you contact the office? We would have sent housekeeping over with more hangers. I've already contacted housekeeping about the hangers so the next guest won't be without. We appreciate our guests' suggestions and communicate that info to our home owners. Best wishes to you in your future travels, Chandra.

Great weekend getaway

We have frequented Estes Park over the past five years and enjoy our hikes in Rocky Mountain. This was a very quiet base camp for us, close to the park, nice views from the hot tub. My husband and I were the only occupants during this trip and found the space to be sufficient for our needs. I would have given my overall stay more stars however the bed in the master bedroom was quite frankly the worst I have ever experienced in our travels. Needs replaced asap, we shared the middle of the bed as it dipped heavily, had to literally climb out of the bed.
