Because this condo is a cozy 559 square feet, we always make sure to list the exact size upfront so our guests know just what to expect. Regarding the parking, you are spot on—since spaces aren't assigned, the main lot can fill up during busy times, requiring a short walk from the overflow lot. We appreciate your patience with that! We always prefer a quick, proactive fix during a guest's stay over learning about it afterward in a review. Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the communication, fireplaces and hot tub! We're glad you enjoyed those parts of your stay! We appreciate your comments regarding the dishwasher and will look into that. For the hot water, the condo is set up similarly to most residential homes where the water heater may need a little time to replenish between multiple showers. The city and HOA crews work hard to keep all the roads and parking areas cleared during ongoing storms, they can be in only some many places at once. As for the views, building placement within the complex can differ by each unit location!
