Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're glad you enjoyed the house and location! We sincerely apologize for the issues with bugs and spiders during your stay — that is absolutely not the experience we want for our guests, and we take cleanliness very seriously. We have addressed this with our cleaning team to make sure it doesn't happen again. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you the stay you deserved!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry the cleanliness of the home did not meet our standards upon your arrival. The items you described, particularly the hair and concern with the bedding, are certainly not how we expect a home to be presented to our guests, and we’ve shared your comments with the cleaning team. While the home is professionally managed, we actually contract with the same local cleaning companies that many individual homeowners and hosts throughout Moab use. Regardless of who performs the cleaning, it’s our responsibility as the management company to make sure the home is properly prepared and inspected, and we’re sorry we missed the mark during your stay. We do wish we had known about the cleaning concerns while you were here, as our local team would have been happy to come back to the home and address them right away. We’re glad we were able to quickly help with the garage keypad and appreciate you mentioning our responsiveness. Thank you again for the feedback. We’ll use it to make sure these issues are addressed going forward.

Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad the property was just what you were looking for and that you enjoyed the quiet setting while still being close to everything in Moab. We appreciate the helpful note about the garage code and will make sure that information is always provided clearly for future guests. We’d love to host you again on your next visit

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad you enjoyed the peaceful location and beautiful views from the patio, as well as the house's layout with two master suites. We appreciate your suggestions for improvements, especially regarding more storage in the upstairs suite, kitchen knives, outdoor cushions, and bath mats—we'll definitely take these into consideration to enhance the experience for future guests. We're sorry to hear about the weak AC upstairs and will look into getting that addressed and we've added additional fans. We're happy that overall you enjoyed your stay. We hope to welcome you back again soon! 😊

Thank you for sharing your experience Michelle. We are glad you enjoyed the location and the property. We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you faced with the AC during your stay. Your comfort is our top priority! Unfortunately we did not learn of the issue until the morning you checked out. If we had been contacted right away we would have sent our HVAC contractor over immediately to resolve the issue. We did send our service provider out the same day we learned of the issue and it has been resolved and no further issues have been encountered. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused you and your family. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us make necessary improvements. If you choose to stay with us again, we will definitely provide a much more comfortable experience.
