This setup allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for families or small groups. Take a dip in the pool to cool off on hot summer days or simply relax on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. The condo offers cable TV, one unassigned parking spot and there is a coin operated laundry room in the building. It is located on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator. You're in a fantastic location and walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars in town including Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Seacrets and Macky's!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $77.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
