Thank you for your kind words and thoughtful feedback! We're so glad you loved the home's décor and convenient beach access—it’s great to hear that overall, you had a wonderful stay. We truly apologize for the inconvenience with the AC during your visit. While we’re glad our team was able to respond quickly, we understand how frustrating it can be to be without air, especially during the July heat. We’ve since had the system fully evaluated and are taking steps to prevent this from happening again. We really appreciate your understanding and are so happy to hear you'd consider returning. We'd love the chance to host you again under cooler conditions!

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! This is such a beautiful property and turning out to be one of our guest favorites! We are so happy we could help you with the slow flushing toilet and a new draw string for the shade! We see that both issues were resolved very soon after you reported them to us. We returned your calls in less than 10 minutes and had each issue resolved within a day or less. We're no Sonic, but we are pretty fast! As for pricing, it has been the same throughout the booking process. We are very transparent about pricing but if you ever have questions, please let us know! - BBV

Thank you so much! This is truly an amazing place and we hope to see you again soon.

Thank you so much for the kind review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the comfort of the condo, the cozy beds, the stunning ocean view, and the unbeatable location on 30A. It’s also wonderful to know our team was able to respond quickly to the minor maintenance issues during your stay—your comfort is always our top priority. We do appreciate you sharing your experience with the noise concern. Unfortunately, in multi-level buildings, sound can sometimes travel more than expected, even with normal walking. We completely understand how that can be frustrating and appreciate your patience and consideration. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us—we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
