Location is perfect, an easy walk down to the beach or across the street to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. Everything in the condo looked like the pictures. Our only issue was the mattress in the Master bedroom. It was in very bad shape, and you sank into the middle when you tried to lie on it. We found it unusable and were lucky that we didn't have a lot of people with us, so we used a different room. All of the mattresses could use an upgrade.

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean with incredibly easy access to the beach and to shops/restaurants in Gulf Place. Adjacent to the public beach access, but the private beach access on this property was far less crowded.The property itself is very quiet with spacious, private bedrooms and bathrooms. Ample closet space available, too. The property did have a Pack and Play.The view speaks for itself and is unobstructed.Communication with the property manager was quick and they were very responsive.

Property is in the best location. Phenomenal beach is literally just steps away. Condo is very spacious and decorated well. Some of the furniture was a little beat up but that was a minor thing compared to how nice the place is.

Santa Rosa Condos Never Disappoint

Seventh time in the area and we have always had an amazing time! Location, fabulous. Walk to eat at good restaurants and to have great coffee as well as incredible ice cream. Love this place!

The View You Dream

Great unit with a dream view. A penthouse cruise ship view with the space of a home. You will think you are at sea until you walk to the balcony and see the sand. Beautiful primary suite and spacious living areas. Host was very well organized and communicated well. We definitely will be back!

Amazing stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
