Welcome to Casa Cascada Pacifica. Casa Cascada Pacifica is located in the gated community of Dos Rios, Mar Vista, Costa Rica. This is a 3 bedroom, 4 bath home with spacious rooms. The kitchen has all the updated appliances and is well-equipped with everything you need to cook your family meals. There is a large living and dining area with sliding doors leading to the pool.
The breathtaking ocean views will leave you in awe. The outdoor space has a BBQ and outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets.

Discover the luxury vacation experience at Casa Cascada Pacifica, an exceptional rental property located on the main road of Flamingo, Costa Rica. This exquisite home is located in the prestigious Mar Vista Community, a haven for family and couples.
Casa Cascada Pacifica can accommodate up to 8 guests. You can enjoy the master bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet, or one of the other 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms have two queen beds.
Casa Cascada Pacifica offers a wealth of amenities that will make you want to stay in beautiful Costa Rica forever. You can enjoy the private swimming pool, admire the ocean views or enjoy a walk in the trails. The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy either a long or short stay.
We recommend renting a car or golf cart so you can explore the nearby beaches and restaurants.. The entrance to the house is private, and you will have exclusive access to the house.
Enjoy the amenities that the Mar Vista Community offers: a community fitness center and a tennis court for an extra fee, a Club House with a restaurant (Gracia) and infinity pool, hiking trails, and 24-hour security.
Playa Flamingo is a tropical paradise where you can enjoy many exciting activities, such as hiking, horseback riding, surfing, scuba diving, and snorkeling. You can also go sailing or relax on a lot of sandy beaches in the area. At the end of the day, you can rest in the cozy bedrooms with individual air conditioning. A few days prior to arriving at Mar Vista, I will request from you, your identification number and licence plate. Thereafter, I will send you a QR code which you need to show to the guard. This QR code lets the guard know which home you will be staying at and the duration of your stay. The guard will provide you with the code to enter the gates of Dos Rios. Basically, you will be staying in a gated community within a gated community! Welcome to our Paradise!
Once you arrive at the home (Lot 35), please enter the code on the keypad number 48378. Please let me know if you have any questions once you enter the home. Thank you.

Whilst in Toronto, I worked in the legal field for 38 years a profession I thoroughly enjoyed. I am asked by many, why did you leave Toronto? Simple answer, the weather. The winter months in Toronto can be very harsh and depressing. It was time to make a move somewhere hot!
We settled in the Flamingo, Guanacaste area because of the location of the various beaches, restaurants and daily conveniences. . We have never turned back.

Mar Vista is a gated community located close to many beaches. When you enter Mar Vista you will feel a sense of security and peacefulness. There are currently three communities in Mar Vista. The home, Casa Cascada Pacifica is located in the community of Dos Rios at lot #35. There is a hiking trail nearby if you wish to go on walks. Also, there is a restaurant called Gracia where you can enjoy great meals and drinks and the sunsets. There is also a pool at the restaurant if you feel like enjoying a swim before or after your meal.
There is also a gym with low daily rates and tennis courts that you can rent.

When you enter the home, you feel a sense of luxury and peacefulness. The back porch is very large with ample space for the entire family to enjoy the sunsets and BBQ's.
